Welcome to our 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Potrero! ♥️ Easily accessible right off highway 94 (about 35 minutes east of Eastlake Chula Vista) 😊 Enjoy a scenic, winding road to your doggie’s destination 🐶 This plot features 3 acres of fenced in grassy land for your pet(s) to play in. There’s is a mountain attached to the property, so your animals will enjoy trailing up and down rocks and hills. There are plenty of human activities to do, simply hike around with your pets, or relax in any of our seating areas located around the entire premises. Unlimited water to drink and play in, treats and more! We also have stuff for the humans (little ones too!) Small dog friendly! This park has NO farm animals so there’s absolutely no worries about your pet disturbing or being bothered by other animals. There’s are 5 adult, child and dog friendly pups on the property but they stay inside if you want your pup to have the land to themselves or they’re reactive of any type. PARKERS Bark Park

After opening the gate under the JP LONGSTOCK RANCH sign, and shutting it behind your vehicle- you can park next to the shed and let your dog run free in the very secure and spacious ranch hillside. The spot consists of 3 acres fully fenced with a shed and picnic table offering a rustic ranch experience with views of the huge almost 100 year old historical barn where the Buffalo Soldiers once kept their horses. Now used as a breeding and riding ranch, you will likely see the unique leopard spotted Appaloosa X Friesian horses in their paddocks or turned out enjoying kicking up their heels (sometimes with their babies) in the nearby arena. The shed has electrity, free Wi-Fi, privacy, drinking water for you and your companion(s), fire pit, colorful picnic bench, couch, chairs, and table stocked with puzzles and old school games. The area is large and wide open for your pups to play and run with some large trees, a kiddy pool and horse shoe pit. Enjoy the spectacular desert mountain views surrounding the rustic charming ranch. We offer rock painting, using our metal detector to discover old treasures left by the soldiers, tours of the barn and meeting the horses all at a small additional cost if you choose to add some extra entertainment. If not, just enjoy your time with your pet(s) and make yourself at home. The vibe here is very laid back, clean and welcoming. We can cater to almost any requests so please let us know what you would like your experiences here to be like or any special events or instructions to give you the most quality out of your time at the ranch. We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. A few “heads up” about our spot: - the path to get to backyard is a bit steep. 👟Perhaps plan to wear appropriate footwear🙃 -like most places in San Diego there’s a possibility of snakes and we did have a recent sighting, so please use caution - the fencing on bottom right of yard is a different material, but still secure without any ways for pups to get out, but it can at times shift with weather and may be more possibilities for a pup to go under (I try and check often)🌿 - on the bottom left of the yard their are fire stick succulents🌱 on my neighbors property-the sap of these plants are toxic, so best to stay away! -lastly, if you are planning to come on a weekend morning- our neighbors typically play pickle ball at this time which can be a bit noisy and a distraction to some pups- they’re usually done by 11am. Palmhill's Private Dog Park In Valley Center

The Sniffspot venue is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised, exclusive use of for the time that you have booked. There, you will find fresh filtered (RO) water for your canine companions, an abundance of toys, Chuckit balls and launchers, including guest supplies and other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional psychological enrichment at no additional cost. Note: Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, stress-free, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. However, there have been, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings of other people's dogs and don't say a word, and also return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say to me once, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave the field. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, (thank you, Michele) which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of mostly newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. Everyone is welcome including, large groups, highly reactive dogs, special needs dogs- dogs with anxiety, physical handicaps, previous dog park trauma dogs, etc. We love them all and will do our best to make everyone feel welcome!
