6.25 acres totally fenced in a country setting. A large portion of the property is accessible to pups, mowed field paths and lots of room to run. Quiet settings and woodland and farmland views. This is the country. No concrete…you will encounter dirt and smells of farm living. We have natural growth areas for wildlife that your dog may encounter that may be dirty and contain sticks, wildflowers, weeds, etc. Dogs love it here as it’s a place they can run and have fun. Please make sure your dogs are on flea preventative to ensure a flea free environment. If they are not on monthly preventative please administer 24 hour active flea meds prior to your visit. It’s got 5,616 square feet of glorious space just for me (and maybe for you, too). Sure, the grass is a bit patchy this year—thanks, weather—but that just means more room to run and roll around! There’s plenty of space for zoomies, sniffing out all the latest scents, and basking in the sun on the cool patio. So, bring your human over, and let’s have a ball! (Seriously, I hope you bring a ball.) Entrance is located on the right side of the house. Feel free to park anywhere on the street, just please be courteous to our neighbors. Thanks!

Climate controlled, agility flooring, 5400 square feet (60x90) - this is an amazing place to take your dog to play or train. Plenty of space to practice walking, recalls, or play relationship building games. Or just take a seat while your dog spends some supervised off leash time indoors.

I allow you to use the water for your dogs and WiFi if you need it an also if you miss anything.

This small yard is great for pets AND their owners. It includes a covered patio and a fire pit as well as a small play set. The WiFi works on the patio, so you can work or watch a show while your dog plays. It has lots of grass for your dogs to run and play. I think it’s great for small dogs, puppies, and older dogs. My 3 year old 30lb labradoodle (willow) and 13 year old 8lb shorkie (buckeye)love it. There is one small gap in the fence which is pictured. But it’s incredibly small. I’m working on making the area even more fun as well, just want to make sure people come first! If you have any questions, please reach out. I’d love to have you stop by!
