The Jack Carter Dog Park in Plano, Texas is a fully-fenced enclosure with rules in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. Owners must clean up after their dogs, limit 3 dogs per visit, and keep dogs leashed until inside the park. Dogs must be vaccinated, registered, and at least 4 months old. Aggressive dogs, dogs in heat, and spike collars are not allowed. Children under 16 must be supervised. Amenities include small dog area, chairs, water, washing area, and tables. The park is open from sunrise to 10:30 pm Friday through Wednesday, and 4 to 10:30 pm on Thursdays.
