UPDATE as of May 2 Spot #2 is now closed for the season. Spot 1 is dried out, and other than a couple small soft spots is free from puddles or major mud. We’ve spread bark on any soft spots, and will keep an eye on conditions. If water/ mud conditions change we will make spot #2 available again. For now we need to be planting and so will be more active in the front area. 1 acre of flat field in a beautiful setting. One large tree in the corner. Fully fenced approx 4.5’ with predator fencing. We have motion lights that come on at night, not super bright but makes the spot visible during early night winters. Boarded by two, large pastures, a private road with limited use and our barn. Occasionally during the wet months flocks of geese/ducks may land in the wetlands adjacent. We have goats, turkeys, geese, ducks and chickens but they are on the other side of the property and should not be seen/heard. We have two dogs, Veles and Flora, that will be on the other side of the property or in the house. There is a covered bench and trash can in the spot, fresh water is also available. An outdoor bathroom is available for use, see map. When using the bathroom please keep your pup in your car as it is near our goats and free range chickens. Please pick up after your pet. If you forget baggies, there is a pooper scooper between the rain barrels in the back next to the house. See pics. Property under video surveillance for the protection of all parties. Please pick up after your dog(s). Watch for thorns in certain spots on the property, it’s that big!

Please park in barked spot at the end of the drive. Gate is directly across from the barked spot. Our property is hilly and you will need to walk up a hill to access spot.

Welcome to our peaceful backyard. About 3,000 sqft of grass + gravel and patio areas. Full lounge set for the humans during good weather - Adirondack chairs otherwise. Never any traffic in the neighborhood and it is very quiet. 2 car parking pad directly adjacent to the access gate. Yard is fully fenced on all sides - 6ft perimeter fence and 4ft gate. Visit us on your way to a hike or beach walk at Carkeek Park. Broadview Taphouse is dog friendly and nearby. Take your doggo on a dog date! Privacy while visiting: we do our best to close our upstairs curtains in preparation for every visit and we are rarely downstairs. We try and give full privacy while you are here :)

Welcome to Karla's Woof and Wanderland! It's not just a park; it's a place where tails wag, friendships bloom, and every bark is met with a smile. With spacious play areas, cozy seating, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's the perfect spot for dogs and their humans to come together and make memories. Since I have a private gym and hot tub in the space, you could even bring your fur babies to hang out in the dog run while you got a quick workout or aerial class or relax in the hot tub! Please note, no more than 4 humans in the yard with your dogs. If you are wanting a party with more people, please see the extras pricing. IMPORTANT, BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE: I need to be alerted if your dog has bitten anyone or has the potential to bite, as I need to clear this with my room mates, before your visit. If my room mates need to go to the back yard for any reason, I will have to cancel your appointment, most probably. I try to be sure I coordinate, but I am human and mistakes can happen.

My yard is fully fenced, quiet and peaceful. The house, and yard, is set back off the street and has plenty of guest parking. Grass is mowed regularly and lots of bushes and smells for your pup to explore. Human seating below the deck. Dog bowl with water, water spigot, waste bags, hand sanitizer, garbage, and electric outlets all available for use. Enjoy!

2 acres with 5 foot chain link fence surrounded by forest and wetlands. This offers a distraction-free place for your dogs to get their zoomies on! You get both shade and sun, with grass, dirt, wood chips, (and a bit of mud in some spots during the rainy season). We are in the country, so our park doesn't share a fence line with neighbors. You won't see any other dogs. There could be far away dog barks from a few blocks over, but nothing up close. We don't use toxic sprays, so rest assured it's a natural and safe place to romp and play in private. The 2 acres has mature trees throughout and is mowed during the growing season. It's perfect for throwing tennis balls and getting lots of good sniffs in. You will be able to see your dog at all times (unless he/she is hiding behind a tree.) If you add "The Woods" extra (see below) detailed instructions will be within the Sniffspot park, on the SouthEast fence next to the big red bow.

Fully fenced .45 acre - 2/3rds is mowed and the other 1/3 is natural. As you can see from the pictures, the field is far enough from the street and house, that you feel you have enough privacy to relax and enjoy the setting. Bring water for your dog, there's a water dish provided. There’s a wet/muddy area from creek overflow by the back corner fence line - so be sure to pack some dog towels. there might be some foot traffic on the bridge that’s many yards away. our driveway gate is by the sniffspot gate, so there might be a delivery driver/resident opening/closing the gate. parking is located by the entrance. the driveway is just before/after the bridge, turn left down the driveway. the parking area will comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles, bring no more than 3 vehicles - please do not block our driveway in case emergency vehicles/delivery vehicles need to access. thanks! 2.1 acres of fully-fenced heaven. As a dog owner/lover, this provides a necessary peace of mind. Pull inside the gate, and let ‘em lose! Poop happens typically w/in first 10 mins; bags can be disposed in trash. Hose water available by front door, back patio, and chicken coop area. All areas are fair game once you are inside the gate. Once a stop on the Gig Harbor Garden Tour, this property boasts a variety of terrain to keep your pup(s) busy for hours. We are at the end of a private lane, and the back of the property abuts to 50 acres of DNR. Sightings of cattle, wild peacocks, deer, raccoons and grouse are common. Make yourself (and family) at home around the fire pit, small orchard, tree house, trampoline, flagstone paths and trails. Good shoes highly recommended. NOTE: Sniffspot is promoting their “Sniffpass”, and they have the box automatically checked to “Opt in” when you make a booking. This is out of my control. I do not want my guests to feel Sniffpass is necessary to book my spot. Please uncheck that box if you are not interested to avoid unnecessary “surprise” charges upon checkout (unless you want to subscribe, which is totally ok too!).

Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!

This spot is a 1/2 acre rough pasture with a bench, fruit trees, a tree swing and woods surrounded by greenbelt. It is fully fenced and gated although if your dog is small and escape-minded it may do so because it is wire field fence, not board fence. Please park in front of the garage and keep your dog leashed until you reach the pasture area at the back of the property. Enjoy!

We have a barn for indoor training, lots of toys, chuck-it station...as well as 2 grassy acres of running space for your pups! We've begun clearing trails through the small wooded area in the back of the property, feel free to let your pups roam through the trails. It is completely fenced. We have reactive dogs ourselves so we understand those that need a PRIVATE space to exercise their dogs. Our 3 dogs will be inside during your playtime.

Come check out our newly upgraded patio and landscaping! Perfect for lounging while your pup plays in the yard. The retaining wall in the middle of the yard provides an awesome opportunity for running and leaping on and off, making zoomies all the more fun! To the side, there is also a gentle slope perfect for dogs who would rather take it easy. Fully fenced with 6' cedar fencing, which means your dog won't see cars, people, or other dogs passing by once you're in the yard. No neighbor dogs bordering any side of the fence, which keeps it peaceful and lessens anxiety. There is lighting under the magnolia tree and along the fences and buildings to help you enjoy your evening visit. Private, off-street parking for at least two vehicles is provided in the driveway for your convenience. Please let us know if you need parking for more than two vehicles and we can make arrangements. Our comfy patio furniture with seating for 5 and a table are covered from the rain so you can stay dry while your pup gets their energy out (an additional 3 camping chairs can be provided upon advance request). Try lounging in the shaded hammock for the ultimate relaxation. Invite some friends, bring some food and drinks, and have a good time hanging out while your pups play! We provide a few toys for your use including tug toys and a ball and chuck-it, please return to the toy bucket when finished. Have your dog try out our tree-mounted tug toy for a fun challenge! We provide a clean bowl and a jug of water for you to pour fresh water for your pup (and often fill the bowl for you before your arrival). Poop bags are provided for your convenience. An umbrella is provided for your use in case of rain, as well as a headlamp to help find balls or poop in the dark. To minimize the spread of illness, please do not bring your dog to visit if it is sick. Check out our other extras for added fun; pups love the sniff scavenger hunt for added enrichment and enjoy our pupsicles for a tasty treat! We usually offer bookings as early as 8:30am or as late as 9:30pm, but can accomodate guests outside those hours with advance notice; please message if interested.

Big yard with lots of places to run, sniff, play, and explore! Shady and sunny areas. Yard NEVER muddy. Sloped with big trees and evergreen needles covering dirt. Lots of sticks for carrying and chewing. Most dogs are very interested in my shed. At least 1 bunny lives underneath. If you have a digger, hunter, critter-playing dog, I would love for them to erase my nuisance that eats a few of my plants in my yard. Also, willing to dogsit any delightful dogs at my house if you need someone to watch your dog.

Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. To be fully fenced please roll shut the main gate after you park. There are also 2 sets of gates at the top of each trail to the Sniffspot. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are 2 gates that lead to the creek so you can control access. Please roll the Entrance gate into the open and securely hooked position when you leave, thank you! Please note that our property can be difficult to find from the main road. Our house # sign is posted on a tree right outside the driveway and we have a lovely Japanese maple off the street. Hopefully that helps! We have about 1/2 an acre of grassy lawn in a fully fenced area at the front of our 5 acre property. It’s a space that our goats and dogs sometimes hang out in so there are a couple pallets hidden in the grass and a bench. There’s an outdoor water spigot nearby for water play or drinking water for your pup! Let us know if you want a kiddie pool for play, too. We also have a creek in our yard that we offer for an extra fee to sniffspot users. Only available during Spring and Summer :) As another extra we sell farm fresh eggs for $8/dozen. They come unwashed as to protect the bloom of the egg, but we can happily wash them for you if you prefer. Send me a message and we can arrange an egg drop-off in the sniffspot area so you can pick them up during your visit!

Welcome to our 1-acre, fully fenced Sniffspot, a perfect haven for your furry friends! The majority of the yard features a well-groomed lawn, ideal for running and playing. For more adventurous pups, there's a wild area at the back, perfect for sniffing and exploring. The gently sloped terrain ensures a great workout, especially during a game of fetch. This 3/4 acre site is perfectly situated between Tacoma and Puyallup on a quiet dead end road in the Summit/Waller area. Easy to find, separate access, off street parking, dog toys, plastic pool for dogs to cool off, access to hose water, even a covered deck with chairs and a propane fire place for those rainy days. Weekend bonfires through February, and a gas firepit available for heat during the cold weather. Humans have their own free Keurig and snack bar. Sit back, relax, and let your pet enjoy some play time. On clear days Mt Rainier makes an appearance and it spectacular. Night lighting for those short winter daylight hours.

**We are open to members-only September29th-April 31st to limit property wear and tear during the wetter months. **To ensure your visit is an enjoyable experience, please read the entire description of the property, fencing details and my property rules.** *Bookings with multiple dogs- For every 2 dogs beyond 4, an additional adult is required. This helps to ensure the property remains poop-free. Our completely fenced 1.3 acre Sniffspot and completely fenced property perimeter gives you peace of mind that your pups are safe and secure as you let them play and explore. With a gently sloping pasture for running, trees and stumps for exploring, and low-level agility equipment to build confidence on, your fur baby is sure to find something that sparks their interest. When the temps start reaching 80°, the kiddie pool will come out to refresh your pup's paws! The pool will be filled on these hot days sometime between 10:00 and noon and emptied every evening. If you would like a fresh fill for your pup(s) visit, filled for a morning visit or on a day that temps are below 80°, please add it as an "extra" for $6. If we are unable to offer fresh fills on a particular day, the "extra" toggle will be disabled.  Although completely fenced, supervision is always recommended. We have one Sniffspot pasture. The totally secure fully fenced Sniffspot pasture is on your left as you come up the driveway. Enter through the gate next to the American Flag. Be aware of the Alpaca in the separate fenced pasture above the Sniffspot pasture. There is also a hose at the bottom of the stairs on the north side of the building to rinse off your pup's paws if needed. Dog Nirvana is temporarily closed for lawn repair and reseeding. It remains open for spot specific members during this time. Check back in mid May for a timing update on when it will be open to all once again! Sorry for the temporary closure but it is necessary in order to keep this spot in great shape for our Sniffspot guest pups and their humans! Come enjoy yourself in the country! We have over 10 fully fenced acres that include two spring-fed private ponds for dogs that like the water, some slight hills for running and playing, lots of wide open space and a beautiful creek. There will be no dogs, people or animals outside on my property during your visit. Please just bring your own toys and pick up after your dogs. I look forward to welcoming you! * The entire 10+ acre perimeter of the property is steel mesh fencing with poles and/or steel mesh fencing in horse fencing to keep the entire perimeter secure and safe. PLEASE NOTE there are TWO FENCING SYSTEMS here -- the internal pastures that are fenced in 3 rail white fencing and the perimeter fencing which consists of steel mesh to the ground and large log poles and/or 3 rail fencing with steel mesh down to the ground. The pasture fencing is located INSIDE of the separate property perimeter fencing. If a dog runs under the white interior pasture fencing they are still secured within the perimeter system. * The front gate and a service gate are metal with horizontal rails with 6.5 inches between each rail. Smaller dogs could potentially get out through the rails. A picture of the gate is included in listing photos so that guests can assess whether the gate will be an issue for them so they can determine whether this property will be appropriate for their pup(s). * This property is pretty secluded. Two sides of the property are surrounded by conservation land (woods), one by a quiet neighborhood road (with the only house set back and not visible while on my property) and the fourth (above the house and barn) by 60 acres in two parcels. The neighbors ' horses might be seen in the distance along the upper side of my property and you might hear their dogs barking from several acres away periodically. * Several pastures have covered horse sheds in them that can be used by visitors for shelter from rain or sun. * There is a dog dish for water, a container of water, poop bags and several garbage cans for doggie poop bags! * If you bring additional guests with pups PLEASE make sure they are aware of all information/rules shared in the listing and via message by the host. * Carey Creek runs along the entire south side of the lowest pasture. It is fully useable for guests. it is on my property but outside of our secure fences so if you go out the gates at the bottom of the property to get to the creek you should leash up if your dog has poor recall. * We have access across the road from the property to 1800 + acres with 30 miles of trails on Taylor Mountain (King County Park) so make it a day and come enjoy our little slice of heaven!
