We are about an .25 mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in.

My backyard offers 2 acres of fully fenced forested area with over 50 trees within that area! We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!

I have an irregularly shaped, fully-fenced backyard that is more long and narrow than square and great for games of fetch. Fence is 4 ft high and is a combination of linked chain/wood privacy fence. There are dogs that live on the other side of one of the linked chain sides of the fence that are outside sometimes.

Now my description: Opportunity Woods offers 5+ acres of hilly woods and long grass meadow surrounded by a secure 6 foot fence. Several benches are placed along the rustic trails, but of course, there is no need to stay on a trail! A water bowl can be found and filled from the human-potable water hydrant, where you will also find a wading pool for dog and human use in summer. There is a roofed picnic/shade shelter just up the hill from the hydrant. Take in the serene view of the surrounding area, and get a Birdseye view of Opportunity Farm, where sheep graze the nearby paddocks. Wire-wheel tables and chairs are available for relaxing, hanging out with your dog or having a picnic. Have your dog invite their friends to join in the fun, or have a private play date just with you!

Come enjoy our expansive, completely fenced-in backyard, which is roughly 3/4 of an acre. We are happy to share our backyard with dog(s) and their owners who would like to have a very large, private place for their dogs to run, sniff, and play. The area is on the edge of a rural setting. Enjoy expanses of wide open area as hayfields surround our property. There are many areas for the humans to sit and watch their dog(s) run around and have fun. There is a picnic table, benches, tables/chairs, and gliders. Have fun watching our critters whose pens are just on the other side of our backyard. We have horses, goats, ducks, and chickens. (Dogs are not allowed in with the farm animals.) We have a fenced in garden area within the backyard. The garden is surrounded by rose bushes. In the middle is a courtyard with glider benches around a propane fire pit, a table/chairs, with a tiered water fountain in the middle. (Dogs not allowed within the garden area.) Enjoy the many types of birds that fly overhead on their way to Peltier Lake. There are also Sandhill cranes that show up periodically, as well as turkeys & geese. Treat your dog to a wide open area to sniff, play, and run to their heart’s content. Treat yourself to a pleasant setting that is like no other. We look forward to your visit! Our property is a dog’s paradise! We have an open backyard, wooded trails, and an orchard out back with tall grasses. We keep the trails and orchard mowed for walking, but your dog will have ample woods, puddles, and other adventures at their disposal! Since we live in the woods, we occasionally have trees fall down on our 5 foot welded wire fence. Please be mindful if your dog is an exit seeker, although we walk the fence and mend any spots we see often. There is a large pole barn visible near the gate where you enter that is our neighbor’s yard. His yard/barn is not visible from the rest of the property once you’re down the path a little ways. For SPRING/SUMMER months, tics and mosquitos are around. We do not spray our land, so make sure you and your pup have the protection you need. In summer mosquitos are often worse near dawn and at dusk, especially in thicker parts of the woods, and less so in the backyard and orchard areas. In the winter, we snowmobile our trails to keep them walkable! There may be slippery spots here and there, so prepare accordingly! Be sure to look ahead at the roads on MN 511 in case of winter weather.

Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.

My yard will be your pup's new favorite hangout spot. Enjoy playing fetch or just spending some quality time hanging out. I live in a suburban neighborhood, which is pretty quiet for the most part. There's a higher chance you may see a neighbor or hear kids playing in the evening or on the weekends when the weather is nice. I do stay on top of picking up dog's 💩 but I may occasionally miss one. I apologize if you happen to come across one. • There is a basket full of toys on the deck for your dog to choose from. I'm always adding new toys to keep things new and exciting. • In the warmer months, have a small or large plastic pool that you can add to your visit for an additional fee of either $3(small) or $5(large). Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck (during warmer months) • There is a hose you are welcome to use if needed • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for 💩 bags and garbage by the gate • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit in the summer, I will leave a towel out also.

Spacious and safe, this backyard is much loved by the house dog as it provides ample space for romping, fetch, sniffs galore, squirrel, bird, and rabbit watching. Lots of grass, flowers, bushes, and trees, with a hill on each side of the yard. Perfect spot to let your dog get those zoomies out of their system!

Update as of March 2024 - Unfortunately, due to new neighbors behind us, our yard isn't quite the reactive-dog sanctuary it used to be. We love reactive pups and are doing all we can to ensure you're pups are able to safely run and play. Our yard is long but narrow and we now have two dogs behind us that can be very vocal. They tend to be let outside in mid-afternoon and on weekends. Please keep this in mind. We can not force them to stay inside, of course, but will work with you to find a time for your reactive dog to visit when they're not outside. Early morning works best. Thanks for understanding! A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Welcome to our safe haven! In this club, there is no such thing as a bad dog and ALL dogs and humans are welcome and loved. I am the proud mama of two fearful and reactive dogs and work as a caregiver specializing in special needs animals and dogs with special behavior cases, esp. fear-based aggression. We built this yard specifically for fence jumpers and dogs that need and deserve a quiet and private space to play and feel safe. Our spot’s entrance is remotely controlled, allowing us to ensure there is zero risk of anyone entering the yard during your visit. We believe our guests deserve security and privacy, and will never enter the yard unless you have specifically requested that we do (i.e. if there is an emergency and you have expressly asked me to come out to the yard and help you). Our yard is spacious, wooded, and green with full 8ft privacy fencing including inwardly-angled fence extenders. Doggie extras: get ready for wooded trails, “barkour” obstacles, the perfect grassy bowl for fetch, agility jumps and tunnels, a tennis ball bit, splash pool in the summer, and so much more. For the humans - we hope you’ll enjoy our Adirondack chairs, snacks, and when it’s warm, our hammock chairs and swing set. Fully fenced in yard that’s well taken care of. Be mindful of small dogs as there are some small gaps between the fence and the ground.

A nice big backyard, in a moderately quiet corner of Richfield. Plenty of room for some zoomies or fetch! ❗️recently added some DIY agility equipment We’re near to the airport, two preschools, apartments, and Target. The privacy fence blocks most of the visuals, but it can get a bit noisy with kids playing and planes overhead. There’s a couple neighborhood dogs, a few bark from inside their homes. We have a resident cat who will occasionally snooze in the window sill. ⚠️ the neighbor dog is occasionally an escape artist and will wander over from across the street to sniff the green space next to our yard. If your pup is dog reactive, this might not be the spot for you.

Welcome to our large fenced in area and building that is tailored for dogs! The indoor space connects directly to the fully fenced in outdoor area. The fences are 6 feet tall and fully secured, so no need to worry about escape artists! This building is at the back of our property and is mostly private, with the exception of coming and going and a spot of the fence that extends towards the front of the building.
