Our spot is a private fenced in rooftop that is approximately 500 square feet in East Williamsburg. Enjoy comfy couches, a hammock chair, tables and WiFi during your stay. We provide dog toys, water, treats and a shaded dog bed. Everyone and every pup is welcome here! Keep in mind the rooftop gets full sun on sunny days. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental. We’re always available for questions or if you need anything. Thanks for considering our rooftop spot!

Tiny apartment? The dog run won't work for you? Visit one of the only Sniffspots in Manhattan to let your dog stretch his legs, do some zoomies, and help homeless pups in the process! We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.

{RULES,"DO make sure your dog is up to date on his vaccinations and parasite control. DO keep your dog on leash until he is in the designated enclosed off-leash area. DO teach your dog to enter the dog park in a calm, orderly manner. DO keep unaltered dogs away from the park. DO pick up your dog’s poop. Cleaning up your dog’s mess is good manners – and more important, it helps to protect against the spread of parasites.",DON’Ts,"DON’T use visits to the dog park to socialize an aggressive dog. Canines that are aggressive with people or other dogs should never be taken to the dog park. Period. DON’T take your dog’s valuables to the park. A dog that feels like his belongings are threatened, can be aggressive. DON’T bring your puppy to the park before checking with your vet. DON’T get distracted. Talking on your phone, texting, emailing and Facebooking are all do park don’ts. Your dog needs to be actively supervised at all times.
