We had a great time walking the trail of this giant beautiful property. Lots of room to run, sniff, explore and play. It was amazing to get out of the city and get some fresh air and exercise without running into other dogs. The signage was very helpful. Thank you.. we will be back and would recommend to anyone!

Glad I tried this spot, it was a nice walk with a variety of scenery and perfectly quiet as described. We had a blast! The trail was well marked with signage, and the garbage can and water bowls were icing on the cake. Can't wait to come back soon.

This was the third Sniffspot location we’ve been to and this is by far the best! So amazing that this exists, honestly. We followed the signs for the “forest” for a bit and then followed signs for the “trails” for a bit. We were there an hour and a half and still didn’t cover the whole property! Definitely need to go back.

Awesome place to visit! Would highly recommend. Beautiful property with lots to explore. My two dogs had the best time. Was very nicely maintained and signs were helpful to guide you around. Host was very friendly! Will definitely be returning and can’t wait to see what it is like in the summer!

The location was perfect, such a stunning property! Our pup loved all the space and having the whole trail to himself. The host was very responsive and provided us with all the information we needed. They even plowed the trails for us the day after a storm! Will definitely be coming back.

This spot is an absolute gem! My dog and I went for the first time today and it was beautiful, isolated, and quiet. There are cute little signs to help you find your way, and many of the trails were carefully cleared, so we could easily have avoided tromping through snow if we didn’t want to. We spent the better part of two hours rambling around and could easily have spent longer - so many things to sniff and investigate! We can’t wait to go back.

We had an incredible experience visiting Breezy Meadow Paradise. Paradise is the operative word. It was a winter wonderland when we went and the dogs were truly heaven. All the trail signage was very clear and it made our hearts sing to be able to let our reactive dogs roam off leash. We went to the sandy dunes and they chased each other up and down them. We would like to go back again and again.

My dog and I had the best morning exploring Vitaliy’s beautiful property. It was a full winter wonderland when we went and my dog Stevie was in heaven. It was such a joyful experience to watch my reactive dog finally have the freedom to run and play off leash. Lots of clear signs and trail markers, so there was never any concern of getting lost which I appreciated. Vitaliy was so kind and welcoming, and has a clear love of animals. We can’t wait to visit again in the summer. Thank you for having us!!

This was our first Sniffspot experience and we had a wonderful time on this big and beautiful property - especially our dog who loved exploring and running around off leash! Vitaliy was a great host who gave us a warm welcome and we appreciated the care he takes to make his place easy for both humans and dogs to enjoy. There were signs marking the trails and directions to places of interest and most of the trails were snowplowed after a significant snowfall so us humans didn’t have to trudge through heavy snow. Although our dog was too excited to realize he was thirsty, it was very nice of Vitaliy to provide fresh water bowls for after the walk. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to exploring the property during the different seasons! Thanks so much Vitaliy! :)

This place is just awesome! It was our second time back and we brought our new pup. Both of them, Tater and Lucas thoroughly enjoyed the sand hills and the wildlife (swans and geese!). Both dogs took dips in the ponds and explored the forest area. Thank you so much for sharing such an amazing, clean, and quiet haven for our pups Vitaliy!
