No known hazards aside from hilly terrain and some blackberry brambles (we are diligently fighting them). In rainy months Nov-April there is a shallow pond/wetland (bring a towel). Fencing is all new 5' agricultural fencing secure for dogs of all sizes. Enjoy the serene space with a creek just beyond the fencing. Many songbirds too! Upper pasture features a playset with slides and swings. Two benches for sitting. Maybe not suitable for very tiny dogs due to eagles/ hawks. Private!!! Closed toed shoes recommended as well as mosquito repellent in summer especially at dawn and dusk. Hose may be available with advanced notice. This is such a cool spot! The signs directing where to park and how to get into the spot are super helpful. There was more neighborhood noise than expected, but it was such a nice day I shouldn’t have been surprised that neighbors were out and about, and my dog wasn’t too bothered by it. My dog usually takes 30+ minutes to warm up to a new spot, but it maybe took her 5 before she was running around exploring and very excited.

This is a wonderful spot. Our girls loved running around and we enjoyed getting some training time in with the agility equipment. The fencing is secure, the place is clean and well organized. More neighborhood noise than expected but it was a nice day and our dogs didn't seem to mind much. Will come back for sure!

This spot was exactly as described. A huge open covered space with some agility items and more balls than a pup could ever imagine! My boys had an absolute blast. Super easy to find and just enough out of the city for it to be nice and quiet. Easy parking on the property and a super short distance to walk to get to the entrance. Friendly neighbors were out but that’s to be expected in a suburb area such as this. And there was a small dog that barked a little when my dogs got closer to that side of the arena. They were a little curious but went right back to playing after a few seconds. There’s also a water hose with, I think, a purifier attached to it and a couple water bowls. Also, I had a quick question for the owner and she was super quick to respond. A perfect place if you want a covered area to play! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This is a great spot for the summer and rainy days. It’s completely covered and so spacious. They include all the tennis balls you’ll ever need, parkour toys and a water spot. There aren’t any other dogs around, so no distractions; the walls are high, so no escaping. We’ll definitely be utilizing this space every chance we get.
