This place is absolutely stunning. We returned because it’s perfectly safe and extremely pet friendly. The host is amazing, communicates well and is always ready to answer questions. The land is beautiful and the pond is so beautiful and clean.

Such a beautiful lil oasis to spend a beautiful day with the pups!! I think I enjoyed myself here more than the dogs! Perfect for dogs who looooove to swim. Plenty of shaded area for a hot day, but also plenty of sun for pups that love to sunbathe in the grass. Licia is the perfect host! She greeted us, grabbed some towels for us, showed us human and dog toys to enjoy and even pointed out the easy spots for my pups who were unsure where to jump in from. The water is clean and sooo beautiful! Enjoyed our Sunday funday! We will definitely be back!

I’d recommend booking two hours, there’s plenty to sniff and explore! We had such a good time here! The sniffspot was easy to find and a map was provided to find the water and some trails. My pup got to run around and swim to his hearts content. The property is large and lined with some homes, so be aware if you’re pup is shaky on recall (we ended up in a yard at one point, oops!)

Licia and her family were incredibly friendly, welcoming and hospitable! She was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole reservation process and very communicative. The property is unique. 1 of 1 for sure in Smyrna!!! Trails to explore. Fields to sprint through. Spring water to swim in. It's a dog's paradise. We wmentioned that we would try and make it back before the weather warms up and it gets too buggy and Licia mentioned that over 3 acres around the buildings and near the spring are all sprayed for bugs so no need to sit out the summer! Really nice day at a great property full of history and things to explore! Highly recommend!

This was our first time using a sniff spot and this place was AWESOME! By far one of the coolest properties I’ve seen in Tennessee. There were lots of sniffs, a nice mix of open fields and shady tree areas. I’d highly recommend & I’m sure we will be back.

This property is stunning and the hosts are so welcoming! We had a blast exploring the trails and my pup loved swimming in the spring and creek. Can not recommend this property enough and a perfect location with it being just south of nashville. We’ll be back soon!

Otis dog park was the perfect place to have some off leash fun! The pups played in the water and ran their hearts out in the big open field. They left with their tails wagging! Licia was an excellent host and welcoming. The property is beautiful, clean and easy to find. You forget you’re even in Smyrna by the time you leave! We will definitely be back!!

Everything a dog could desire! My dogs absolutely loved it- they went for a swim in the spring, waded in the creek, played Frisbee on the large lawn, explored a bit of the trails and walked half of the mowed path around the meadow before we ran out of time. I booked 1.5 hours and next time I will book 2. A lot of the property is contained by water and treeline, but there are a few little spots on the property where you will either want your dogs to have a decent recall or use a long line. Licia was a great host, showing us the best pathways and then leaving us to enjoy the space. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful space, we had an amazing time, our 11 yr old enjoyed splashing with the pups, and our dogs haven’t been this tuckered out in a long time. We did have a couple ticks- but thats TN is in the summer, has nothing to do with the host- just be sure to do your tick checks when you get home.
