The outdoor play area of our facility is available for Sniffspot guests. Please park around the back side of the building by following the white vinyl fence. Please enter the gate featuring a designated "Sniffspot" sign. The building will be locked, and there is active video surveillance. Please make sure the gate is closed when you leave. Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave ($75.00 a night sent via Venmo upon scheduling - Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend is $85.00 a night & a minimum of one hour for one dog booked on the sniffspot app on departure day) We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. I’m happy to honor eastern time when possible. *Rules are simple but some forget, which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 *Do not carve on trees please, especially the big tree at the back boundary with Indian carvings on it. 🐶💕 *Do not leave bags of poop along the driveway. Dogs get to be dogs here so bagging isn’t necessary but if you bag their waste, then take it with you to the front property line please, where I’ve placed a garbage can. 🐶💕 *a horse trough is provided in place of a picnic table / bench at the back boundary next to the small fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations are being made for a heavier picnic table that won’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

Beautiful 27-acre property in rural Wartrace with plenty of room for dogs of any size or breed to come play, off or on leash. This is an awesome opportunity for you and your pet to go on the fun-filled, adventure-packed, private field trip you’ve been waiting for! We have a creek and pond on site for the water loving fur babies to use as they please! We ask that you use the second entrance that has a gravel driveway and parking area, rather than the entrance to the main house. There will be signage at the correct entrance. Keep in mind that we have a fence on all sides except along the road. However, our road isn’t very busy, and you will be far enough off the road enough that we do not foresee any problems, as long as your dog doesn’t have a tendency of heading for the hills as soon as they are off leash. Even then, I think there is enough room that any dog will be free to run and play without harm. We have two dogs of our own, so please let me know if you would like me to put them up during your visit. If not, my doggos are friendly and would love to play with your pet(s)! Most of the pets in the pictures provided are of dogs I have watched for friends and family in the past. Oh, and no need to bag poo. 😁
