I have a beautiful homestead with a fenced small pasture with two ponds, lots of parking in the front yard, shade trees, access to a water source for fresh water.

Fully fenced in backyard. Entrance is a gate that’s easily accessible. Upon booking there is a back door with a bathroom and washroom for your dog. We will provide water bottles for our guests and some snacks. There is dog bowls out back under a shaded gazebo.

We have a 1 acre fully fenced large yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Lots of room to play fetch and enjoy outdoor time with your furry friend. We have water and hose access for dogs. During the Spring and Summer we have a cooler with water for dog owners and a kiddie pool and splash pad for dogs to play in.

The outdoor play area of our facility is available for Sniffspot guests. Please park around the back side of the building by following the white vinyl fence. Please enter the gate featuring a designated "Sniffspot" sign. The building will be locked, and there is active video surveillance. Please make sure the gate is closed when you leave. Enjoy your sniff!

Sorry for any inconvenience We hope to have the project completed ASAP. We have almost a full acre of sunny and shaded area for your pet and you to enjoy. The yard is fully fenced with wood and wire secure fence.

Fenced in back yard in Baxter! We have a hose and spigot, as well as bowls for pups to drink. We also have a toy basket with dogs. Our dog Wrigley will not have access to the spot while you are here, but you may be able to hear her from inside the house. We will have dog waste bags with the toys and bowls. Feel free to throw waste in the trashcan by the garage or leave it and we will get it. We have a large patio set with enough seats for 8 people, a fire pit, and plenty of space for humans to relax while their pup sniffs.

Tons of toys, pop up agility course, tetherball Pole, dog pool, dog splash pad for when the weather is good! Our yard has a good balance of both shade, sun, grass, and dirt. We live on a quiet side street with ample parking and very pet friendly! Our border collies have a blast playing in the yard and would love to share. I am normally home so you will have access to the restroom, water and any snacks. I can put up our hammock upon request. We also have a fire pit for use.

Our love for dogs and hosting has lead us to build and open a private dog park right here on our farm. And we've partnered with Wondercide to also provide a safe area with natural treatment for fleas and ticks. Our park includes leash hooks, automatic dog waterer, agility equipment, waste bags, trash can, hand sanitizer, shaded seating area, dog dig pit, and gumball treat dispenser (be sure to bring a quarter or two!). And included with your spot, is the use of our self-serve dog wash. Wondercide has provided their amazing shampoos and flea & tick sprays for your pup(s) to go home feeling fresh and clean. Our on-site Farm Store offers a variety of goodies for both human and four-legged friends. And feel free to enjoy a walk on our walking trails through our woods and creeks. Please keep a leash on your pet(s) while not in the dog park. Shane and I and our two boys, Noah and Caleb live here on the farm, as well as my parents, Reid and Susan. Feel free to ask any of us any questions you may have while on the farm. And shoot us a message if you have any questions before coming out. Some of the other residents of the farm are our chickens, ducks, turkeys, cattle, pigs, and horses-all fully contained in their own fences. We offer horseback riding lessons here as well and host traveling guests through our on-site RV sites and campsite. If you'd like to enjoy a campfire during your visit, add a firewood bundle to your reservation and we'll have everything setup in the park upon your arrival-you just pack the s'mores! Our public restroom is just a short walk across the yard and driveway from the dog park. 10% of all profit will be donated to our local no-kill animal rescue here in Bedford County. We have a spacious and open backyard that is fully fenced in. Our backyard has 2 entrances via gates that close and lock very securely so no chance of your pets getting loose. Much of the backyard is shaded for them to escape the heat in as well. And we have a shaded area under the deck for the owners to sit and beat the heat. Otherwise kick back and relax on our deck and enjoy the outdoors while watching your dog(s) roam and explore or chill out as well. We also have a disc golf basket for the humans to get some fun in! We have a dog as well that is great with others but we’re more than okay to keep her inside if your dog(s) prefer their alone time. Parking is free on the street or in the driveway.
