If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it will be kept set around 55-60. * We use a chlorine based cleaner between each visit to keep our guests as safe as possible. This is less harsh than other options while being just as effective, food safe, and contact safe for pups and companions. The result is the area may smell like an indoor pool. Some guests may be sensitive to this smell.

Secluded, spacious yard. Fully fenced in.

We have about an acre fully fenced and another little bit of wilderness in the back. There's tall trees for shade/sniffing and a big open field in the middle. My dog is reactive and this yard has been a great space for him to run free and we'd love to share it to give other dogs a chance to have a safe space to run too :)

Our spot is named after our rescue chihuahua, Sami! I have a fully fenced backyard here in Lakewood, that has everything you and your dog will need for a fun & relaxing visit. It's a private oasis for both dogs and humans! There's a good mix of sun and shade from the large mature trees and the patio umbrella. We are a pesticide free/ organic yard, and I spray Wondercide cedar oil for flea and tick control once a month. Squirrels & birds like to visit our yard, and your dog is welcome to chase them away if they're into that! 🐿️ For the dogs, we will have: a water bowl, ice bowl, waste bags, an elevated cooling dog bed, and a splash pad that connects to the hose available for you to use. You can also just use our hose nozzle if "spray me directly in the mouth" is more of your dog's vibe! (Just please turn the water off at the spigot when not using it). I'll leave two towels out for drying off. For the humans: There are two rattan seats available along with a 6 seater patio set with umbrella. I'll have bug spray, sunblock, hand sanitizer, snacks, and bottled water available. Please feel free to use the bluetooth speaker on the table to play music! Please no digging in the gardens or the yard, and please throw all garbage and bagged dog waste into the large black trash bin near the garage. There is a chimenea and wood pile available for you to use weather permitting. Used dog water bowls go through our dishwasher in-between guests and I try to keep my yard and the toys as clean as possible. I will be inside but available, if you need anything during your visit!

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️

Sheds and fire pit are off limits but patio is fair game. If the hammock is out, feel free to kick back. Sit and relax while your dog/s plays. Please clean up after your pet in the designated can. A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in fall of 2025. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. Please note* this is our personal yard/home and active farm that we’re constantly working on as the property was built in 1801. I am not a professional/commercial dog park and do it for the joy that I can share with other pets/owners and the extra income since managing a property this large is expensive. Please have patience, respect and kindness for me as I will for you too :) I have a water bowl, toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. Happy to accommodate, please let me know if you have any questions! **** please note, we do have minor fence construction happening currently. Since we’re adding a fenced area for chickens, it does NOT impact the integrity of the existing fence. Construction material may be on the property but nothing dangerous to dogs since this is my own dogs personal yard. Any construction will be covered/secured to the best of our ability for the time being.

Fenced in yard, with artificial pet safe turf! This means there is never any mud! If your dog is anything like ours, there is no mulch for them to eat either! *If your dog digs, there is no place for them here! Sorry!*
