600 sq ft indoor space on the 3rd floor above the Doggy Style Store in the heart of Dupont Circle. Space has a dog-friendly rubber floor, and some agility equipment for the dogs to use. It is a private space with a double door entrance. Want to throw a doggy birthday party? Set up a play date with your dog's friends? Do some training in a controlled environment? Doggy Style's Ball Room is the space for you. Add-ons are available to help you customize the space for your needs. Please note: This space is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs only. No children under 12 years old allowed in the space. Children 12-18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

We have a heavy duty curtain to close off the space for your privacy. Towels, hand sanitizer, and first aid kit available upon request.

The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

**Update as of 4/23/25. The grass is freshly cut and looking great!** We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a small dog tunnel, furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline.

Next on the list: Adirondack chairs for around the fire, flooring for a new play area inside the barn (NOT AVAILABLE YET), and fencing in the large pasture. 🥰

The yard extends from the house to the next street and is fully fenced. It is long enough that my throws don't reach the back fence. The yard also has a patio, deck platform, trampoline, bench swing, shed, chairs, a fire pit, and several trees shading the property. Sticks are plentiful and I've provided a bin with a variety of balls and toys. A bowl of water is provided and a hose spigot is just outside of the gate if needed. Upon request I can provide a dog wading pool, sprinkler, and/or a portable agility kit. Regarding accessibility, a wheelchair would be fine onto the patio by the house, but it would be difficult to traverse the rest of the yard.
