This is a lovely Sniffspot! Trails and play spaces are spread out so there are different areas to explore. The pond is quite large and currently iced over but we look forward to returning in the summer when our girl can play in the water.

Interesting Sniffspot with a lot of areas to explore! We liked that the property had very clear markers for the parking, dog park and trails. The shaded area and picnic table will be a nice feature in the summer! We only had enough time to play in the enclosed area and explore the Elf trail but would love to come back check out the other trails and pond. The wooded areas are beautiful. We saw two gentleman trimming the brush with chainsaws (one directly across from the enclosed area) so I think anyone coming here with a human reactive dog should expect to see people out and about working on the property. It wasn't an issue for our pup who took note of them as we were able to redirect her back onto her ball. Thanks for having us!

Cash and I had a wonderful time as always, absolutely amazing property and kept clean! I almost couldn't get Cash into the vehicle today... I had to catch him and physically lift and place him into the vehicle. He was so sad leaving but got over it 15 minutes later 😂

This spot is excellent! There’s a fenced area close to the entrance (fence in very good condition) and some nice trails for off leash walking.

Highly recommend! The space was easy to follow with signs and not a dog or person in sight. It was great for my reactive dog as we could explore all the trails and not have to worry about running into anyone. Will definitely be back. Such a great spot!

Great spot! There is smaller fully fenced area, where I left my dogs to run and burn some energy. Then we walked through several trails through forest. They were all visibly marked and well maintained. The trails are not fenced, so use long leash if your dog's recall is not 100%. We will definitely come back.

First time visiting this spot! Trails were well maintained and fenced dog park was well marked and spacious. Would highly recommend for the winter especially to get your dog outside leash free!

This spot is a gem! Martin met us when we arrived to give us a bit of an orientation and a map, which was a thoughtful touch. My dog can be reactive to strangers, and Martin worked with me to set up a meeting she could tolerate, which I really appreciated. The trails themselves are clear and well maintained, even in winter. No sign of any other people or dogs while we were walking - this is a great spot for reactive dogs and their guardians to have a nice (relaxing!) outdoor adventure. One section of trails runs closer to the road, so be mindful of that if you’re concerned about your pup running off. This wasn’t an issue for us - my girl doesn’t stray too far when we hike - but if that’s a concern for you, it would be easy to avoid that section. We’ll be back and definitely recommend this spot!

Amazing! Trails are well marked and maintained just as the description says. The map was handy for our first visit and areas to avoid were also clearly marked. There is a road on one side but the trails were much more interesting to the dogs. The sun came out, and we had beautiful mostly snow-covered trails. Dogs and humans had a great time. I appreciated the garbage can so I didn’t have to drive home with 💩 🤣. Thanks to the host for sharing this property!

We visited Martin’s Sniffspot for the first time on February 19 (Family Day weekend, and probably the last snowy weekend of this winter) and we all loved it, humans and dog alike! It was clear Martin put a lot of effort in making this a 5 star location with the maintained and marked trails on the huge and beautiful property, trail maps, and even a blog with all the latest updates. There were so many interesting smells for our dog to check out that it definitely put the “sniff” in Sniffspot! We appreciated the signs and caution tape for areas to avoid, as well as the garbage can at the front so we didn’t have to bring dog poop home in the car. Definitely looking forward to visiting again! Thanks Martin!
