Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. (please note, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space) Looking forward to adding amenities, play options and operational improvements as the season progresses .

Large backyard of a private home on a quiet street. Entirely fenced in, with minimal visibility to neighbors (you may hear them outside though). Yard includes playset with swings and slide, perfect for kiddos, as well as deck where you can sit and relax while your dog burns off some energy! Comfy hammock, chairs with cushions and guest wifi and outlet available. Off-street parking available in driveway.

There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please consider setting up a private lesson to ensure safety for you and your dog! Info can be found in the last picture in the listing. Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! April 2025 Spring cleanup has started and it’s looking good! Acorns, sticks & leaves have been cleared and the sunshine will bring green grass! Our landscaper will be by in the coming weeks with some fresh topsoil to fill in holes, level out the exposed roots around the tree near the gazebo and seed those areas. Thank you for your patience as we will have those small areas fenced off, so the seat has a chance to grow. There is still plenty of room to run distances! Safety is our top priority for you and your pet, so please message us through the app immediately if you notice anything that seems unsafe. We are out there daily surveying the areas. Quiet spot off the road and surrounded by woods. We have a cut grass area and a field. We also have a path that goes around the field if you prefer to keep your dog out of tall grass.

Located in a Quiet Neighborhood, lots of space for you and your dog to play, train and bond together, comfy seating arrangement for you to relax as well and enjoy the views. Usage may include, training space for reactive dogs, general play time, Dog Parties or any other legal use. We have different areas for smell and play (garden bed) Rough turf with spots for them to dig and lots of greenery to run and play! The lawn in our backyard is-well maintained without any chemicals or weed killers. We sanitize all dog toys often and sun dry!! Splash pad and water amenities and hammock will be available for use June 21st 2025 We also do doggy birthday parties with advance request upon availability.

We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! In summer, w e have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

There is an acre cleared with about. 5 acres for play. The back yard, (about .25 acres) is completely fenced. We are 20 min. from Prov. There is ample parking.

Perfect for dogs who like to run and play fetch of even those who like to relax on the deck! Poop bags and Garbage can will be provided as well as an umbrella and chairs if you would like to relax! There are tons of toys spread throughout the yard that any dog is welcome too! Have fun!

We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. Please use both and leave dog bags in the big green trashcan by the gate. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Join us for ~1/4 acre of fenced in fun! The yard is level and easy to run around in or just relax and enjoy. We have 6' privacy fence and a nice shady area under the trees :) We have one dog of our own who will be inside during your stay. You may see people out front or inside the house but the backyard is yours to enjoy. We will give you space with your pup. This spot in a neighborhood setting. Be aware this means people and dogs could be walking around. I do not have control of what people and dogs are in the neighborhood outside of my fenced in spot. The fenced in area is down a long driveway and away from the sidewalk.

We have a stream and large area for throwing balls. The area is almost blocked off with only a few exits to our neighbor's yard. There's also a garden area around the other side of the house where they can play as well. In the winter there's woods they can run around in. It's a bit overgrown during the summer but if you have an adventurous dog go for it. We are right next to a school with a playground.
