If your looking for a place your dog can run freely and safely, this is the spot for you. We have dog toys, water bowls, a hose, and a doggy pool (weather permitting) that can be enjoyed on hot summer days. For our human friends, comfy chairs, a fire pit (upon request), and a large umbrella are available for your enjoyment. Private entrance in/out of yard. Of note: there are two pest control boxes around the perimeter of our yard. They are completely pet safe, as we have two dogs of our own. Please reach out if you have any concerns!

1/4 acre of fenced in backyard. Now lit at night for the soon to be early nights. Includes a lovely seating area for humans and plenty of space for dogs to play. There are outdoor lights and a fan controlled by Alexa under the gazebo. Simply ask Alexa to “turn on patio lights” or “turn on patio fan” or “turn on backyard lights”. Please also ask her to turn them off when you leave. If Alexa is not working for any reason there is a manual white button on the upper left hand post (left of fireplace) that will turn both lights and fan on. You can also ask Alexa to play music or you can also request a local radio station. On really hot days, I will setup the sprinkler for your dog if they enjoy it. Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras".

A peaceful location close to downtown West Chester. Lots of shrubs, trees, and open space! The chickens are a fun addition. The area is private and the gazebo is a wonderful space to relax while the pups burn off some steam.

Welcome to our backyard! You would never know it from the street but behind my house is a hidden gem in the city. It is fully fenced and dogs large and small cannot escape. It has multiple areas to sniff and things to look at. For 3/4 of the year we are beautifully shaded. Dogs can run hang out but mostly they just love to sniff.

Come visit this private, fully gated yard in the city. A cement walkway to the right of the house brings you to the 3ft high gate featuring two entrances. Within there is a patio with table and chairs, grassy area for your fur baby, and pole incase your pup requires a tether. For patrons booking 2hrs or more, feel free to use the grill provided you clean and empty it prior to the end of your stay. There are no neighboring dogs to worry about. The neighbors are friendly and may even ask if they can give your dog a treat.

We are excited to open our space to the community. Our home is surrounded by a 6ft aluminum fencing with bottom dog panels for no escapees. The yard is huge and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. The backyard is essentially broken up into two sections with the pool in the middle. Dogs are not allowed in the pool during the season. If your dog tends to jump in pools on their own, please do not request my space. I have toys and agility equipment for the dogs to use. Water bowls and water access will be available for use.

Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies).
