The Sniffspot venue is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised, exclusive use of for the time that you have booked. There, you will find fresh filtered (RO) water for your canine companions, an abundance of toys, Chuckit balls and launchers, including guest supplies and other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional psychological enrichment at no additional cost. Note: Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, stress-free, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. However, there have been, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings of other people's dogs and don't say a word, and also return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say to me once, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave the field. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, (thank you, Michele) which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of mostly newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. Everyone is welcome including, large groups, highly reactive dogs, special needs dogs- dogs with anxiety, physical handicaps, previous dog park trauma dogs, etc. We love them all and will do our best to make everyone feel welcome! Thanks so much for your support! 🐾❤️🐾

Please see the pics for details :) **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Our dogs had a great time exploring the citrus groves and Kimberly was a great host! She greeted us on arrival and explained the different paths you can take. There is one mostly paved path loop around the property and lots of groves to explore. I suggest brining hiking shoes or sneakers if you want to explore the groves and paw wash for the dogs feet.

It was raining when we went but we had a great time. There were 6 dogs in our group and they had a blast running. 5 great Danes and a smaller mixed pupper. There are hills and a field (just watch the footing a little it has some holes) they also have a hose we were very lucky to use, one of the dogs slipped and fell in the mud (we hope it was mud 🤣) right before we left. Overall it was a really nice spot to go let the dogs get some exercise!

Beautiful property with so many highlight spots that my girls loved: from a meadow, to little trails, to trees and hidden gems. Getting to the location there was a steep hill but my old beat up car navigated it fairly well. I would recommend saving your navigation route going and leaving because there is barely any service (which getting a little lost was part of the fun). If your dog is not the best with their recall training, bring a long leash! I was thankful for my girls knowing their stuff as there was some fruit on the ground that had some bees swarming near and we even saw a snake. But don’t let those things deter you as it was the nature-filled and unplugged adventure we were craving!

Not only is this property beautiful, but it has varied terrain which made it even more fun for both my dog and myself. You can trek up and down the slopes, weave in and out of trees, run through the meadow, or stay on the paved driveway. My dog had a blast rolling in the tall grassy plants. I just made sure to check her for foxtails before leaving. We could hear dogs but did not see any, thankfully. Make sure to bring your own water bowl as I didn’t see one there. It was quite a drive for us to get to but it was worth it!

The place is beautiful and very spacious. It’s fenced in all the way around. Some areas have 4 foot fence and some have 6 foot fence. There is an entrance gate that must be closed after you drive in. Our dogs had a lot of fun, running, rolling in the sand and saying hi to the goats. Plenty of water available and a hose in case we needed more. Host was quick to reply to me and had good communication. I don’t think I would come back only because one of my dogs wasn’t a fan of the goats and the goat enclosure does have an opening that my dogs could have jumped through so I had to watch them closely and I couldn’t relax as much as I wanted to but this was MY problem, if you don’t have to worry about a potentially reactive dog, I recommend!

Very nice spot! There's a good variety of things for dogs to do including digging and watching the goats move around. The owner is also very nice. :)

Was so easy and convenient. I took my foster puppy to meet potential adopters and their 10 month old dog. The puppies had so much fun running around and getting to know each other and my foster was adopted!! Kimberly was so kind and accommodating when the adopters were running a little bit late. Will definitely be back for future foster dog introductions :)
