The Sniffspot venue is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised, exclusive use of for the time that you have booked. There, you will find fresh filtered (RO) water for your canine companions, an abundance of toys, Chuckit balls and launchers, including guest supplies and other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional psychological enrichment at no additional cost. Note: Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, stress-free, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. However, there have been, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings of other people's dogs and don't say a word, and also return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say to me once, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave the field. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, (thank you, Michele) which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of mostly newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. Everyone is welcome including, large groups, highly reactive dogs, special needs dogs- dogs with anxiety, physical handicaps, previous dog park trauma dogs, etc. We love them all and will do our best to make everyone feel welcome! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! I have watched a lot of dogs learn to swim now and this is the most successful way that I've seen. There is also a waist floatation device if you need it for yourself. No Minors Pool is for doggie guests 😊 humans can get in for safety and support IF needed but dog(s) should be the focus. Guests assume all risks, damages and liability My price $55 for 1-3 dogs it is $10 each additional dog after that for up to 7 dogs. (not the price sniff spot offers) Sniff spot doesn't allow me to set up my fee's the way I want. It only allows per dog. If you have more than 3 dogs message me, I need 15 mins in between bookings but the app only schedules on the 1/2 hr. This was my, my dogs, my friend, and her dogs first SniffSpot, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Kimberly was very friendly & showed us around. We spent 2 hours roaming around the property, the dogs had an absolute blast 💥 My adult dog made friends with a neighboring Belgian Tervuren through the fence, and everyone got lots of sniffs, pees, and running in. They were zonked out after their adventure. The abundant avocado trees provided ample shade when needed. We did not encounter wildlife beyond a few lizards (which my friend’s border collie loved chasing). It’s a bit of a drive for me, but definitely worth it! You can also make it a day and have lunch or dinner at one of the dog-friendly restaurants in nearby Old Town Temecula.

We had a great time at this Sniffspot! The drive alone was worth the adventure day with my gal. The owner was very nice & met us along the very long driveway to escort us to the parking area & give us the rundown of the property. There are groves of trees all around providing a lot of shade! Be prepared & wear good shoes and maybe pants. There's a lot of dead foliage on the ground that made it difficult for my older gal to get her footing in spots but she had a great time & even made friends with the neighbors dogs. Because this is in a rural area we had no cell service but that's ok with us because this was time to spend with my best gal.

This is a very large property, and we were able to explore pretty much all of it! My dogs loved every minute of it! It felt like we were out hiking in the wilderness, but it was safe and fenced in. So many different trails, lots of shade, lots of stuff to sniff and explore. No other people or dogs around. The owner was very kind and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Our dogs Stormy Dunes, Kanga, and Dashford had a great time running around. We weren’t sure where to go and Kimberly answered the door to get us oriented when we pulled up. One of our dogs is a bit or an escape artist and doesn’t have great recall so I was a bit concerned about turning her loose on 10 acres but Kimberly’s husband was kind enough to make sure the driveway gate was shut before we got them out of the car and she ensured us it was fully fenced. Thankfully the property is Stormy Dunes proof and she didn’t find anything hazardous to get into. We had fun playing with their RC bird and truck. The dogs are totally wiped out and had the time of their lives there. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

We took our three dogs here for my oldest dog, Roxas' 5th birthday, along with inviting one of their doggy friends. All four dogs had a wonderful time running and exploring this spot. Us humans enjoyed the walk around. I was able to capture lots of beautiful shots of them, which was a nice bonus. Overall, would recommend this as a good private place to take your dog for an adventure.
