Welcome to this hidden rural getaway for you and your Furbaby! There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. There is one small section of the yard with bricks and debris from that we are working on clearing. It is marked by orange safety flags. We know that means nothing to your dog, but we want you to be safe!

A suburban backyard with a sunny field and a few different areas: some woods, a garden, tall grass, and a brick patio with seating. Over the patio are Oak trees that offer shade and the occasional squirrel. Environment: there is road noise and an occasional person walking the road. While we are fully fenced, the escape artist could find an opportunity in the back and front left corners. Our neighbors have a quiet dog who is out for short periods around 3-5pm. There is a section of the yard with a sight buffer and distance from that fence line if you are able to redirect.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a basket of toys and baggies, so feel free to use any of it plus the pooper scoopers/hose etc.

Welcome! This is a fully fenced, 1/3 acre yard w/ plenty of space for your dog to run and play. The ground 50% grass and 50% pine tags. There are chairs around the yard and a deck for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The yard is 50% shaded. I provide some basic amenities including toys, poop bags, water dish, sun screen/bugspray, treats, water hose. Help yourself to anything in the deck box! Other items are available as extras. Dogs must be under the handler’s control at all times. Dogs are the responsibility and liability of the owner. Children under the age of (5) years are not allowed within the Dog Park fences at any time. Dogs are not to be left unattended while in any portion of Waller Mill Park, including the Dog Park. Anyone creating a disturbance or violating the Dog Park or general Waller Mill Park rules may be asked to leave Waller Mill Park and/or relinquish their Dog Park membership. Aggressive, disruptive, sick, female dogs in heat, and puppies 4 months and younger are not permitted in the Dog Park
Dog handlers must be age 16 years or older. Dog handlers are legally responsible for the actions of their dogs and any injuries or damage caused by them. Users of the off-leash area do so at their own risk. Dogs may only run free in the off-leash area. A leash is required in other areas of the park. Dog waste must be removed and properly disposed of in the waste stations available onsite. Handlers must be in sight and voice range control of their dogs at all times; do not leave dogs unattended. No more than two dogs per visit are permitted. Professional training of dogs on site is not allowed. Use of the area by animals other than dogs is prohibited. Dogs must have a current license and be up to date on all vaccinations. Dogs must not be allowed to dig holes, harass other dogs, people or wildlife
