What a great spot to come enjoy with our babies. The host has really gone out of her way to make sure you have everything you need (including a wash station). The space is beautiful and my girls loved running through the wooded trails. We’ll definitely be back-what a gem!

Coming from 30 miles away this was worth the drive! The set up is amazing with many shaded area- toys to Play with - sitting spots for the humans .. Loved everything about it!

We had an absolute blast at Captain’s Retreat. We spent our time exploring the well maintained trails, splashing in the mud & playing with the big soccer ball. The puppy wash station is such a thoughtful idea & the hammocks toward the back of the property were lovely. We had such a fun morning here!

We had a great time today just walking around the property. We also used the bathtub to rinse off paws once we were done. We also played with some of the toys in the box and just had a great time off-leash.

Another perfect playtime at Captain's Retreat at Bear Creek! As usual, bug spray was needed and thoughtfully provided as I'd forgotten mine today! The dogs really love the opportunity to really get INTO the woods instead of just running around in a field or yard. The wooded area of this Spot meets all their exploration needs. The MUD holes were amazing today! My Labrador is a super fan of mud puddles, so while this may not be everyone's favorite, Xenakis give all paws-up for mud puddle fun. The best part is that I can easily spray them off before loading them back into the (super safely parked) car. All in all, this place has quickly become a go-to for days when I need to tire them mentally and physically.

This spot was such a delight! My dogs had a wonderful time exploring. The dog was station is amazing, toys and treats and other supplies are well-stocked, and if I had been inclined to sit or hammock and relax instead of running around with the pups, there were several great spots to do that, too. We will definitely be back!

The was our second time coming back and it was even better. The new deck was an amazing addition. A small swimming pool and sprinkler were added for the pups as well. Loved the additions, and helped keep my pup nice and cool in some hot sun.

This is the best Sniffspot we have been to! There is everything you could need and Jakx loved the swimming pool. He was able to explore without us worrying about him escaping. Such a peaceful spot to hang out!

Absolutely the best. What a treat to explore and play with my dogs in this wonderful spot! I will definitely be back. The variety of terrains was awesome. Woods, puddles, field, paths, and water areas were great. This was a great place to both train with nice distractions and for free play! The amenities were perfect. We had fun playing with the water after getting muddy in the puddles. My small dog and my big large had a great time. It was securely fenced and felt very safe. Highly recommend!

We stopped by on our way home from visiting my aunt. Our husky, Chakita, is 9 years old with cancer and we've been trying to take her to some spots when we can (it's been so hot). But this place was amazing and had everything we needed for her (and our human baby)! We used the provided tick spray before we walked around exploring. Chakita loved the Full Moon treats, we played with bubbles and the whole family got to swing. Then we were able to clean her up in the bathtub. We also love that it's dedicated to your furbaby that passed away. Thank you for helping spread some happiness and wonderful memories to other pets and their families. 😊❤️

This place is AMAZING! Being the owner of a non-dog friendly dog, it’s so nice to be able to go somewhere private where she can run free . The amenities are wonderful , the different seating areas throughout the space is great!! Highly recommend taking your best furry friend for an adventure!!

We had so much fun with our four pups here! They LOVED the pool and playing with the hose. The hammocks were such a nice touch to relax and listen to the birds while our dogs played in the mud. It was perfectly private & the separate driveway that is fenced in made it escape proof getting them out of the car. We will be back, what a wonderful way to honor little Captain!

Another wonderful visit with my pup Zeus. Absolutely love the deck area updates with the grill area, pool and shade. So amazing. The hose and pool definitely helped cool off my pup.

We loved visiting Bear Creek! It was exactly as described. We loved laying in the hammocks while our pup explored. Tiffany has thought of everything from doggie shampoo, flea/tick spray & tweezers in case you need to remove a tick! So so thoughtful & we will definitely be back with our dog cousins 🙂
