The Zoomie Zone was born out of our extensive dog rescue volunteer work and the benefits that a Sniffspot brings to those who have dogs, but don't have a yard for them to run in. Not all dogs are dog-park dogs (and not all humans properly supervise their dogs at dog parks - making it an unsafe place at times)! We deeply care about dogs being healthy and happy - and staying in their homes! All funds generated from our Sniffspot go right back into our dog rescue efforts (we foster, transport thousands of miles per year, coordinate adoptions/fosters, etc.) This private paradise is a doggie dream come true! Nearly an acre of fully fenced-in freedom awaits your pup to run, sniff, and zoom to their heart's content. Lots of smells and open space to run and play! Our partially treed land offers the right combination of sun and shade. State Game Lands are right across the lane so wildlife, trees and fresh air are abundant here! Trek through our woods or run in our oversized yard - either way, we'll never bother you! Please keep in mind our property is unfenced, so doggy friends who are particularly obedient might fare better here!

Our dogs love coming to work with us so much that we decided your dogs would too! Availability only when we are not open for events.

The property offers over 1.5 acres of open play space. The pool area is fully fenced in and is a great for summer usage. Great wide open running space on a mostly flat grassland. Plenty of trees line the perimeters of the property, with some trees located within the property. We have guest WiFi, 2 locations to access drinking/play water for dogs (left & right of house). There are two outlets available for charging your devices if needed, located at the porch and the other on the deck. During warmer months we have a kiddie pool for smaller dogs who can’t access the main pool. We have 2 water hoses with available attachments for sprayers and sprinklers (readily available). During the winter months, the snow can be a lot of fun for you and your furry friend, my dogs love running and jumping in the snow. We are conveniently located near many local wildlife trails, state parks, lakes and farms. You can also find local food for both yourself and your dog nearby.

Your fur babies everyday Oasis!

This is a great area for dogs to get some running exercise. We have a beautiful landing that’s a great size at the top of the hill and then a wooded path that takes you down to the house area.

Fully fenced-in, flat lot perfect for running, playing and romping! Easily visible and accessible from Commerce Drive with multiple access gates from the driveway including double wide gate for wheel chair/stroller accessibility. Sitting area available with fire pit usage upon request for additional cost. Toy bin availability included in reservation price along with an ever growing stick library, water bowls, poop bags and garbage disposal. There is also a small puppy pen available to keep the brand new pups safe, while the big pups run. As popularity increases, other amenities will be added!

About an acre of land for lots of running, balls and dog toys on the premises for playing, access to the lake right across the street, wooded area in the back. We have chairs and WiFi, a kiddie pool, fire pit

The majority of our yard is wooded whttps://www.sniffspot.com/waiver-and-releaseith a cleared path so you can take a mini hike down the hill to the creek with your fur-baby! We also have a flatter area close to the house where your dog can run and lounge.

This is my backyard and you can walk your dog as long as you pick up after them in the summer we usually have a pool for the dogs and people

Quiet and safe wooden space for dogs to roam and play! Beautiful creek runs through the land! Dogs love it here!
