A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage. Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.

Not to mention a never ending supply of fetch sticks from the Birch tree. We have some toys and tennis ball, but feel free to bring your pups favorite toy as well.

Please PM for details BEFORE booking!*** Charming urban oasis located within minutes of Downtown Minneapolis. Yard is flat and spacious, perfect for zoomies or laying around in the grass/snow. Relax in comfy chairs on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. All proceeds from this Spot go to dog rescue. <3

Quiet street in pleasant neighborhood just off 694 and Silver Lake Road. Fully fenced and easy access from the street. Relax near the "dog" pool while your dog explores the yard for new and interesting smells. Mostly open yard with a path through a woodsy pollinator area in back. One or 2 Kiddie pools and hose available in summer, plus a tiny inground pond for cooling off. What the yard lacks in a aesthetics it makes up for in smells. Rabbits live in the brush pile beyond the tall grass. Lots of bones can be found everywhere 🦴🦴 and are free for the taking. Big barrel of well loved toys and balls available as well. Garden with cherry tomatoes to pick when available.

Sprinkler available for use! Bunnies and other critters abound for chasing. Patio couch and table with chairs/umbrella available for your human. Both off-street (alley) and free street parking available. If we have enough advance notice, we will be sure to have water out for your pooch. Best for non-jumpers as the fence is low in spots.

This large, more than 5,000 square foot yard is fully fenced in so your pup will have more than enough space to roam and explore, and with lots of squirrels and bunnies to chase. Also includes a nice patio for owners to relax on, multiple flower gardens to enjoy and a few balls or sticks ready for fetch. We also offer poop bags, pooper scooper and sanitizer for easy disposal of pet waste. The neighbors behind and on either side of us do not have dogs, so ideal for more sensitive pups.

My beloved miniature little brown poodle, Morty Mocha Wonka, once captured a fast rabbit in the side yard park that was bigger than himself, thus, Elvis Presley became his friend, and Morty was no longer a “Hound Dog” For warm or hot sunny days, the Red Maple Tree in the play area will provide you with instant shade, and it is the perfect spot for provided chair(s) where you can throw optional provided numerous rubber ball toys to your dog(s) to play fetch & retrieve. Perhaps your dog(s) would like to take a run thru the 12 ft nylon agility tube, the adjustable garden hose nozzle will provide you the option to relieve yourself(s) and dog(s) with a cold refreshing mist, including sanitized stainless steel water dish(es) at your disposal, For clean up, towels, hand sanitizer & plastic small poop bags are at your disposal with a trash can to get rid of anything undesirable. Welcome to Sully’s Sniffspot! We are excited to share our yard with you and your furry friends! When you arrive, come through the gate next to the garage to the fully fenced (chain link, 4' tall) backyard where your dog(s) can run and play! There is a steep hill with cement stairs (no handrail) and trees and plants to explore. There are dog balls scattered around the yard. I’ll leave out a water bowl and jug of water. There are waste bags in the plastic bin by the patio window for your use and a trash can by the gate. Please make yourself comfortable on the patio and kids are welcome to play. For the dogs who are fearful or reactive of other dogs: The neighbors next to us do not have dogs. There is a house across the street and a couple yards down who have dogs that we can see from the hill in our yard. There might be people walking their dogs on the street. We do occasionally hear dogs barking. Our dog will be inside and not visible from the back yard while you are here. He may bark when you arrive. For the dogs who are fearful or reactive of humans: Our neighbors are occasionally outside but keep to themselves when guests are here. Our neighbors on the north side of us have two grade school aged kids who used to come up to the fence to talk and try to pet dog visitors without asking first. They haven’t done this in the last few months, but it is a possibility. We will stay inside the house while you are here or will use the front door if we need to come/go. Foster dogs: Reach out if you have a foster dog and the cost is a barrier for you. Please send a message if you have questions or if I can do anything to make your visit more enjoyable.

Welcome to my oasis! I have a nice sized yard for the city. With new sod, the grass is extra long and perfect if your dog loves the feeling of rolling in long grass. I have a jungle oasis with a crab apple tree (feel free to take any on the ground) and a rain garden: perfect for dogs who want to do their business in peace or who like to explore nature. I’ve got a patio for you and a kiddie pool and sprinkler for the dog to enjoy.

Fenced in backyard in west part of Woodbury. Some grass, dirt, mulch, but mostly cement which helps keep dogs nails filed down. We do have dogs on all sides of us, some which are visible. So very reactive dogs might not do well here but could be a great place to work on those reactive tendencies.

I have 3 acres fully fenced in. Parts range from 4' - 6' tall. There are wooded areas, tall grass, low grass, sand, and endless sticks and room to run. More than enough room for your dog to enjoy. Many different shaded areas, shelter from the weather, and area that blocks the wind. My advice and knowledge is free. I'm more than happy to help. Also have treats, balls, and bottled water for small fee. Water for dogs is always free. I have a large 30x25 deck with couch, chairs, shelter, table and umbrella for humans to sit and relax also. Our property is a dog’s paradise! We have an open backyard, wooded trails, and an orchard out back with tall grasses. We keep the trails and orchard mowed for walking, but your dog will have ample woods, puddles, and other adventures at their disposal! Since we live in the woods, we occasionally have trees fall down on our 5 foot welded wire fence. Please be mindful if your dog is an exit seeker, although we walk the fence and mend any spots we see often. There is a large pole barn visible near the gate where you enter that is our neighbor’s yard. His yard/barn is not visible from the rest of the property once you’re down the path a little ways. For SPRING/SUMMER months, tics and mosquitos are around. We do not spray our land, so make sure you and your pup have the protection you need. In summer mosquitos are often worse near dawn and at dusk, especially in thicker parts of the woods, and less so in the backyard and orchard areas. In the winter, we snowmobile our trails to keep them walkable! There may be slippery spots here and there, so prepare accordingly! Be sure to look ahead at the roads on MN 511 in case of winter weather.

Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field. 9-23-24, hunting season is back, you may hear shotgun in the early am hours from hunters along the Mississippi River.
