There are 2 areas you can park, near the house and walk down the steps or just outside double gate. Areas are accessible and secure. Plenty of room for your small pups or large dogs to run and play. Water & electric near the 1 car garage door just go up the stairway at driveway. Extra pup supplies can be found in plastic tote under wooden bench near garden area. Here there is enough space for running around and chasing the ball! Large dogs are welcomed, but I believe this spot is best suited for small to medium sized doggos! Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - In effort to help pollinators, most of the grass is short, but I don't cut it along the perimeter. - Security system is in use with a camera, however, I respect your privacy so long as you respect mine! :)

Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Lovely country home on 1 acre with 1/2 acre fully fenced. Beautiful flower, veggie and herb garden in the backyard. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed here. The neighbors leave their two Great Danes outside most of the time. They sometimes run up and down the fence line barking, so if your dog is reactive, this might be an issue. I have a 4' chain link fence and the neighbor has a 6' wooden fence, so the dogs are hidden. Overall, it’s a very peaceful and serene, lovely green space. We don’t use any chemicals or pesticides on the yard or garden.

This is a huge pasture with sloped hills and plenty of space, Tree covered places to sit if you don’t want sun and many beautiful views for everyone to enjoy and play. A restful hammock hanging in another grouping of trees too! If you have never been to this spot, it is worth the drive! This spot has a small watering hole at the back corner that is a treat for any dog! Please be sure to follow the driving directions. All I want is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.

Welcome to Pibble Hill! The top pasture of this small farm is available for dogs to sniff and exercise. Sometimes there will be farm animal smells, horses and goats, and turkeys, rabbits and deer may also visit. The neighbors have a dog in their fenced yard but they're usually good about bringing him in if someone is in the sniff spot. There is a nice hill to tire everyone out, and a pretty view of my little farm. If you sit at the top and throw balls down the hill your dogs will get very tired! There is a picnic table, a swing, a table and chairs, a fire pit chairs, a splashing trough, a dog toy box, and a hose. You can pull right in through the double red gates and close them behind you, to leave my neighbors room to drive past. This will also ensure your dogs don't escape from the sniff spot when you open the car doors. There is a large horse water trough, feel free to dump it and refill it if you need to (and if you're strong enough!) Please have fun with the dog toys - if your dog tears one up just toss out the stuffing or pieces. That's just what dogs do!

Enjoy a peaceful space in Mars Hill located on an active hobby farm. Our Sniffspot is fully enclosed with no-climb, 4ft goat fencing and includes walking paths and a small creek for your pups to play in. Easy access from the main road with a small graveled parking space right in front of the Sniffspot entrance. As most properties in Mars Hill, the acreage is located on a hillside. Your dog can play near the creek at the bottom of the slope which is more flat and shaded or take a short hike along the path to the top and enjoy amazing mountain views while your pup plays in the pasture! We do have chickens, goats, sheep and pigs that remain in their separate fenced in pasture, but occasionally the chickens may roam in the parking area, so please be aware.
