Hose to refill water dish to the right of screened porch. Fully 4’ fenced—combo of chicken wire (buried to protect paws) and concrete blocks stopped our little escapee (RIP 😇).

If you’re seeking a more secluded experience, we also have a fully fenced-in 436,000 square foot pasture. With advance notice, we can clear the pasture of feathered friends, providing an uninterrupted space for your dog to roam freely. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

Enjoy our fully fenced in backyard a perfect place for your pup to run wild! Also for the kids we offer a 14” trampoline and a swing set. Sit back and relax on the deck under the shade while browsing the WiFi! Additional amenities include poop bags, water bowls and bottled water for the owners. Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. Recently got some trees cut down but we have a good space for a little doggie fun! I found that kids and dogs love the same things haha. Still working on a potty area near the fence entranc, as well as a rock border, but awesome place to chill and read a book while your dog runs around and explores. If your dog is friendly, would love to pet your pup! My middle is allergic so we will never be able to have a dog but we love them. I do have plants, so if your dog eats them, this may not be the yard for you. Have a sandbox with dirt for digging and a coaster for them to climb. There is a small opening under the deck, so if your dog is tiny, they may be curious to go under. I do use organic pet friendly weed killer sometimes but I try to keep the back as organic as possible.

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.

Saturday/Sunday mornings 8:30 am - 11 am We plan to stay open this winter but will be closed during inclement weather and if the ground is wet to protect our lawn and prevent muddy spots. Hot drinks (tea and hot chocolate) come standard with visits on days below 45 degrees. Stay warm! Hi! I'm Alyssa, a rescue dog owner with a ~1/3 acre yard perfect for your dog to enjoy! We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. (There are no birds in the coop right now) Per Sniffspot's rules, no alcohol is allowed, and please no smoking. 🚩 We reserve the right to ban any guests who break these rules.
