Letting a dog off the leash where they can run around makes a huge difference for a dog’s well-being, mentally and physically. Entrance to the right: Please follow the Sniffspot flags to enter our yard (PLEASE ONLY USE ENTRANCE WITH FLAGS- RIGHTHAND SIDE) **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am. We vow to never raise our prices above $10/hr. Winter months see a price drop to $8/hr ❄️☃️

A suburban backyard with a sunny field and a few different areas: some woods, a garden, tall grass, and a brick patio with seating. Over the patio are Oak trees that offer shade and the occasional squirrel. Environment: there is road noise and an occasional person walking the road. While we are fully fenced, the escape artist could find an opportunity in the back and front left corners. Our neighbors have a quiet dog who is out for short periods around 3-5pm. There is a section of the yard with a sight buffer and distance from that fence line if you are able to redirect.

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there.

Fully fenced in back yard that pups can run and play. Welcome to dig holes. Carport and shed is off limited. Side gate for easy entrance and exit, and driveway or street parking. There’s water hose to use just make sure it’s turned off.
