Boy I hate to even talk about how wonderful this place is in case it makes it so we can’t get back there as often as we want. But what a wonderful place. And what a wonderful host. This property feels way larger than 2 acres. It is fully fenced and completely safe. So I was able to enjoy the time walking around and exploring without having to keep my dogs under strict voice control. There are so many different features for the dogs to explore. Mine enjoyed sprinting along the trails, rolling around on the grass, and investigating all the interesting smells. Oh and they really enjoyed the chickens. The chickens were utterly unmoved lol

Beautiful place! The entire lot is fully fenced without any holes/weak points (a big concern of mine since I have a second dog that likes to be an escape artist). My dog had a blast being able to run around in an open space and I feel comfortable with bringing my rescue (the escape artist) next time. I would suggest bringing shoes with good grip if you go while it’s raining. Some of the stones in the back got fairly slippery and my tennis shoes were slipping on them a bit.

5 stars all the way! We drove over an hour each way to specifically come here and it did not disappoint. Completely fenced, there are lots of short trails in the woods, wood steps, flagstone pavers, an open sloped area for the dogs to play fetch, and a secure chicken coup where the dogs loved to watch the chickens. The chickens seemed very socialized and were not stressed at all to see dogs. Thank you for sharing your beautiful yard, my dogs had a BLAST.

Very pretty, lots of nooks and crannies for the dogs to sniff and also a nice open area to throw a ball. Pretty landscaping to entertain my human eyes. Lots of stairs and hilly, which is what made it fun for us but for people with mobility issues could be a challenge. And slippery in the rain for those of us with 2 legs only. What a hidden gem! Beautiful property with lots of trails, pathways, hills, grassy area and woods to explore. Our 8 month old golden loved exploring this property and seeing chickens for the first time. He also got the courage to stand on the trampoline with trembling legs. haha what a goofball. Wonderful and vast property of yard and trees. It feels very private. Visited on a raining day, and enjoyed that much of the property had tree cover. Brought some treats with me to keep our pup distracted and on the move he found the chicken coop. Hills provide great exercise for both me and the pooch. Even though I pay a bridge toll to visit, I will happily come again. In the wet weather, I wore hiking boots to navigate the wet terrain. Even in winter, the property is picturesque enough to be a dog walking date location. Adjoining properties were also forested and peaceful.
