The size of the yard is approximately 6,426 square feet. Caveats: The landscaping looks worse in the early spring, late fall, and winter. The landscaping looks better in the late spring, summer, early fall, or in snow. There is a small steel garbage can where you can discard your poop bags before you leave, just inside the yard on the left side of the house (if you're looking at the house from the front). Since I also pet sit, your pet will have plenty of dog smells to sniff out in the backyard! There is a chicken coop in the yard which can be very stimulating! We keep the grass mowed regularly and try to keep the area clean. Come relax by a tranquil pond and waterfall with over a 1/2 acre of scenic running grounds for your fur buddy. There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind.
