Come enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Schoharie Valley! You and your pup can enjoy our 55 acres of fields and woods! There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! And towels to dry them off! I typically have out a few tennis balls amongst other toys as well! And some treats for your pup to enjoy! 😊 Can’t wait for you to come explore Boreali Farms!

Rules and Regulations • An owner may bring no more than two registered dogs to the park at any time. • Each dog must have a collar clearly displaying NYS license and Glenville dog park tag. • All dogs must be under control accompanied by a responsible person aged 17 or above. • Children ages 12-16 must be accompanied by responsible person aged 17 or above. • Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the fenced area of the dog park. • Dog owners must accompany and control their dog(s) at all times. • Dog owners are solely responsible for the actions of their dogs. • Dogs that have been declared dangerous or aggressive, or female dogs in heat are NOT permitted in the dog park. • Dog owner/responsible person MUST clean up dog feces and dispose in proper receptacle. Littering is prohibited. • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE DOG PARK. • NO food or beverages permitted in dog park, with exception of bite-sized dog training treats. • Responsible person must fill any holes dug by dog before leaving dog park. • Puppies under 4 months of age are not allowed. • Large dogs greater than 30 pounds must use large dog area. • Small dogs under 30 pounds must use small dog area. • Parking is not allowed on Van Buren or Swaggertown Roads. • Penalties for violations of these rules are as provided in Section 195-26. For a complete listing of the Town's park rules and regulations see Chapter 195, Parks and Recreation, Park Regulations.

EASTLINE ROMP AND PLAY – DOG PARK RULES 1. Members ONLY! Use of the part without a registration tag from the Town of Malta is strictly prohibited. 2. Registration tags are valid from Jan 1st until Dec 31st each calendar year. 3. The park is Open daily from 7:30am until sunset, unless otherwise posted as closed by the Town of Malta. 4. All dogs must wear a valid dog license and annual dog park registration tag must be present for the current year while on premises. 5. Dogs with a history of dangerous or aggressive behavior are prohibited. Dogs displaying aggressive behavior must be removed from the park. 6. Puppies under four months old are prohibited. 7. Dogs less than 30 lbs. should socialize in the smaller area. 8. Female dogs in heat are prohibited. 9. Dogs approaching and leaving the park must remain leashed at all times until inside the double gated off- leash areas. Leashes should then be removed before entering through the inner gate. 10. No spiked/prong collars while dogs are playing. 11. No children under age 6 allowed inside the fences. Children 12 and under require adult supervision. 12. No more than 2 dogs per member in the park at one time. 13. Owners are required to clean up after their dog. Waste bags and disposal areas are provided. 14. No food or dog treats allowed inside the fenced areas. 15. Owners must provide their own water and water bowls. 16. No smoking and no alcohol allowed at the park. 17. Parking lot and paved walks may not be cleared during snow events – please enter at your own risk. 18. Refill any and all holes dug by your dog/dogs. 19. Close all gates properly!! 20. Healthy dogs only please. 21. Any commercial or business activities require prior approval from the Town of Malta. An additional permit application must be completed and proof of insurance is required.

I have a beautiful fenced in yard. It's a dog's paradise with lots of shade. I have a vinyl fence which dogs can see through the pickets on two sides facing front yard and side street, I rescued a dog from Homeward Bound 12 years ago and they had to come to my house to see the yard and inspect me home. Needless to say, I called him Onyx.

This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.

Rules and Regulations Park Open Dawn Until Dusk Human Rules • USE AT YOUR OWN RISK-Owners are legally responsible for the actions and behavior of their dog at all times. • Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately. • Owners must be within the dog park and supervising their dog(s) at all times. Unattended dogs will be subject to transport to the saratoga county animal shelter by animal control • Owners are limited to no more than three dogs per visit. • The tag issued for use of the park is nontransferrable. • Owners must carry their leash with them at all times. • All dog handlers must be 16 years old or older. • Children 5-15 years old must have adult supervision. • Children under 5 are not permitted in the dog park. • Owners must fill in any holes dug by their dog(s). • Owners may bring water and a bowl for their dog(s) to use. • Owners may provide training treats to their dog(s). • Owners must maintain current rabies vaccinations and records certifying that vaccinations are current. • The dog park is subject to all of the rules, regulations and procedures governing town parks except as specifically modified herein. • The dog park may not be used for business purposes without express written consent of the town of halfmoon. • All play and exercise equipment is for use by dogs only. Dog Rules • Within the fenced confines of the dog park, dogs must be off-leash. everywhere else the leash law remains in force-this includes the parking area. • All dogs must have both current rabies vaccinations and current dog licenses and must have their tags displayed upon their collars at all times. • No dogs are to be left unattended in vehicles or tied to fencing. The Following are Prohibited: • Human or Dog Food • Glass containers • Dogs in heat • Sick dogs • Aggressive or muzzled dogs • Dogs under 4 months old • Spike, chain, prong or electronic collars • Smoking • Alcohol use

Almost 1 full acre of fully fenced in, private backyard for use. Chairs and a fire pit are available for use for guests. There is off-street parking available as it is located in a quiet neighborhood. You're welcome to walk your dogs around the neighborhood as well. Please just ensure they are leashed if doing so. There are trash cans located by the entrance to the backyard. A water spicket and hose is available for use outside of the winter months.

Hi I’m Paulina! I have been in the doggy business world since 2018. Whether you want to stay and play, or go about your day, I can ensure your dog (or should I say best friend??💕) has a fun filled time!! My photos all give a description of what days are like with us! I am a stay at home mom, so I have the resource to be here and available at all times to ensure safety for the dogs. I come with references from pet parents, if you’d like them I will happily provide them 🙂 I myself have 3 dogs who LOVE to meet new friends. Two pigs, Louise and Tina. Louise is 5, Tina, 2!
