Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. While my field area is strictly for the dogs, there is a horse in a corral area next to the dog field. My neighbor has loose chickens on his property. Neither the horse nor the chickens are bothered by dogs. Dogs may bark out of curiosity and that's totally appropriate and ok, but they soon realize that with no reaction there is no need to bark. Sniffin' Hours are: 8:30 am -5:00 pm every day of the week. You may reserve time up to 14 days in advance.

Nice, large area with different vegetation to sniff and explore, but since no other comments mention it, there was some barking in the area and general dog noise. One side fence is shared with the neighbor's dog. They can't see each other but can hear the jangling tags if the neighbor dog is out. For us, there were also a few moments of intense barking coming from the front (?) neighbor. (These were explained as possibilities in the listing so still giving 5 stars). No dogs were visible, just bouts of barking. Good for counter-conditioning if you come with treats though! There might be times during the day when it is quieter (we came in the evening). All the smells tired out my dog, he still had a great time.
