We live in a quaint neighborhood and have a beautiful pool for dogs and their humans to swim together. We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! You are welcome to swim with your pup and partake in the snacks and drinks provided. We have a separate restroom in the pool house for our guests. **Please Note: During the winter months we will not be able to heat the pool. We will heat the hot tub for an extra fee. Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos. (You can cancel the required Sniffpass Subscription immediately after your first visit too)

This is a dog’s dream, with multiple levels, water play in a resort style pool, fruit trees and flowers galore. Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles. SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. There is a pup box with toys, treats, towels & basic dog first aide. Humans have hand sanitizer, insect repellent, sunscreen, water & towels. Why not bring a picnic basket and enjoy a meal while the pups run around. At night, we have adorable lights to illuminate the yard for evening playtime as well! Please send us a message if you would like to reserve an evening spot & we’ll let you know what is available. Extend your experience with add ons of use of fireplace, puppy splash pool, or puppy ball pit! ***Please note, some have taken advantage so we must specify that extra humans are an extra charge. The first 2 humans are allowed with 1 dog. Additional dogs & humans are an extra charge. Also note, due to safety concerns, this is an ADULTS ONLY play place. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking are ever allowed. We also have some agility exercises for your pup to train on. However, we do not provide a digging area at this venue.
