Conveniently located near Rand road and shopping areas, and a few minutes’ drive to downtown Arlington Heights. We have ample off street parking and offer a park-like space. About half of our 3/4 acres is fully fenced in. Hose and electric outlets are outside the fenced area but can easily reach across the fence. We have a designated toilet area for our dog, separate from the fenced area that you would be welcome to use if desired.

This back yard is fully fenced with driveway guest parking. There is a mix of both sun and shade, and a hose for water. The grass is treated for bugs in the spring and kept short through the summer. No people or dog distractions at my property, so the place is all yours to wander. I absolutely love making this space comfortable for dogs & owners to stretch their legs in peace. Our large, private yard features ample grass as well as a concrete patio to help keep your dog’s nails filed! Our yellow lab’s favorite spot is in the back, by the wheelbarrow and some logs. That’s where he does his best “sniffing”! Please feel free to have a seat at our glass-top picnic table and use the umbrella to block any sun. If you’d like to sit on one of our comfy swivel chairs, we just ask that you re-cover it when done. The cushions are super thick and we want to keep them nice for our guests! We have tennis balls and other toys and please feel free to use the sprinkler if your dog enjoys it!

Fully fenced yard built for entertaining. Trees have all been removed to allow for a large open grass area for zoomies. Also concrete patios and plenty of seating options including a hammock. Dog pool available upon request and if your pup needs socialization our rescue is used by our current trainer as a training dog and is very well behaved. This fully fenced in 0.25 acre yard is attached to our Dog Training studio in Hoffman Estates. It is available for use when we're closed. It is only available after 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You and your dog(s) will be the only ones on property during your reservation. The yard is well lit for night trips!

A few things to note about the space. We do have a neighbor dog on one side of the yard, on the other two sides, there may be a deer or three. If you decide to come at dusk, we have a mama raccoon with 3 babies. Please park at the spot closest to the street. Make sure your dog is leashed until inside the yard. Please throw out garbage in the big garbage can outside the gate. There are some balls under the porch and plenty of sticks if your doggie likes to play.

As dog lovers ourselves we would love to give the opportunity to anyone who needs a large space to play with their pups. We have chairs, a screen tent, porch for comfortable seating. We also provide dog play toys to play fetch or chew. We also have a hose to make sure your pups stay hydrated and if weather permits a little pool to soak up the sun!

Pack a lunch to enjoy on one of our picnic tables along the way or simply take in the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife. Listen to the squirrels chase each other in the tree tops, the woodpeckers pecking away in a nearby tree, or the geese honking at a nearby pond. Wildlife that are commonly seen on visits include deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, chipmunks, a beautiful array of wild birds, and much more. *Our terrain is uneven as it goes through woods. If you have trouble with balance or walking, please reconsider your visit to our property for your safety. Trails are kept clear, but raspberry and blackberry bushes present thorns, please use caution with these prickers. ** Our spot is fully fenced, however if your dog is not command trained we do not recommend letting them off leash.
