Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. The yard is entirely fenced with lots of spots to sniff and explore. **UPDATED SUMMER INFO: We now have a brand new umbrella to shade the seating in the back yard! Additionally, the yard receives shade in the early morning and the late afternoon beginning at 4:30pm. The turf can get hot in the sun, use the provided beach towel or hose to cool it off (please use sparingly, we are trying to control the mosquito population!).
