Nestled between the Bronx River Parkway and Hutchinson River Parkway in Scarsdale, this private puppy palace is an ideally located quarter acre, fully fenced and gated private dog park, and is the perfect location for you and your fur baby. Aside from being a dog park for our pups, those we fostered, and those we dogsit, this yard has also been used for training for Guiding Eyes for the Blind dogs. Ever since my family moved here in the late 1980s we have never treated the yard with pesticide or herbicide, we don't allow any poisonous plants, and we've kept this yard fully fenced (no gaps) and gated with plenty of privacy hedges. Water, toys, treats, and towel service included. There's ample free parking on the street. There is a deck and a patio for the humans and two pools, a circuly sprinkler system you can control, agility equipment, and toys for the pups. None of my next door neighbors or bordering neighbors have dogs or outside pets. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood next to New York City. I love dogs and I plan to follow my Mom's dream of starting a dog sanctuary. I started volunteering at shelters and dogsitting and walking at 16 over 25 years ago. More recently I've become a dog trainer and am increasing my skills at veterinary assistance. My resume also includes corporate pet health in both New York and Los Angeles. Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is securely covered with a safety cover. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day.
