A small agility tunnel with sandbags, two jumps, a baby-teeter, and some platforms and small pivot bowls are available. If you have a big shedder or are doing a lot of training with treat crumbs everywhere, please use the blue vacuum and tidy up before you leave. Slatmill for dogs included for rental use (please bring your own harness if you plan on using it). Wall climb and Spring pole is also included in rental (you will need to bring your own wall climb toy, belay rope available for larger dogs who can’t be caught). Lots of parking available. No access to bathrooms. Clean up supplies for accidents provided, water tap available for dogs, please bring your own bowl. Please do NOT use crate in room (you may bring your own if needed). We offer a laid-back, luxury, resort-like setting; open field, lots of grass meadows, xl in-ground dog-friendly pool (seasonal), huge fenced pool deck with lots of natural parkour levels, fenced tennis court, indoor washroom in the poolside cabana house, large outdoor fire-pit etc etc with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have several lux seating areas for you and tennis, basketball and lawn games to keep you and the kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities, natural parkour and agility equipment. There is a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Please do not leave your plastic poop bags here. We have no way to dispense of it. Unlimited on-site parking.

We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit; so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :) Lot's of toys and activities for dogs including dog sprinkler and wading pool for hot days. Tons of comfy seating and huge deck with table for their humans to relax and watch them get their zoomies out! I volunteer and support a number of dog rescues and all proceeds from my Sniffspot are donated back to them!
