Excellent location. 1) No park benches so be prepared with picnic blankets. 2) Signage was good but we couldnt find the sand area. 3) Bitten a few times but nothing major.

I almost don’t want to write a review so I can have this spot whenever I want haha. If you’re like me, & want to just be left alone with your dogs, THIS. IS. YOUR. PLACE. I rented this for my dogs birthdays and WE ALL loved it. I can’t wait to come back in the warmer weather when my GSD’s can go swimming! Property is HUGE, beautiful, clean. You can hear cars in certain spots, but I never saw cars or road. We heard a dog barking in the distance, but it just sounded like a LGD barking from FAR away. Host came out, & introduced himself, which I liked, cuz my husband and I were just laughing, hoping we were on the right property, otherwise it would have been a little awkward lol! And when we were finished Host came outside and asked how everything went. Very nice and made us feel like one of his friends! :) Host: 10/10 Property: 10/10 :D

Vitaliy was so nice when we met him, gave us a brief overview of the trails before we started. We took our 12 year old dog reactive dog here and he absolutely loved it! Trail signs are clear and the trails are wide for walking, def an experience we loved giving him! We will def be back.

This is a great space! It’s big, quiet and clean. Beautiful scenery. I will definitely come back in the summer when it’s warmer! Host was awesome too! And came out to say hi, very friendly. I would highly recommend!

We just love this spot! So much to explore and Vitaliy is always responsive and kind! Thank you again for sharing your space! Both Tater and Lucas were wagging their tails once we parked. They tugged me all the way to the start sign and could not wait to explore. The new signs are even more clear and we loved that other animals like the turtles had a safe space to breed. Thank you!

First time at this absolutely perfect dog spot. Vitaliy was a gracious host and my anxious collie just loved him right away. The trails are beautiful with lovely evergreens and enjoyed the lovely view of the very large pond that is more the size of a lake. This will definitely be a favourite spot for us in the future.

We had a great time exploring the trails and sand hills! Lewis enjoyed drinking from the pond and digging in the sand. The trails are well groomed and there are a couple open play areas to get a run in! We found two ticks on Lewis after his romp around but that is the price of adventure! We can’t wait to come back!

We could have spent all day at Breezy Meadows! Manicured trails, crystal clear water, meadows, forests & sand dunes our boys had such a blast! Next time we will be sure to book more than an hour.
