55Joe’s back yard was my first time using the app, I cannot have asked for a better first experience. He provided a water bottle(s) for my dogs, a bowl etc. The yard was freshly cut and no dog poop, ant piles etc. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Joe!Ruby G.

55We discovered Sniffspot today and were able to book a time today at Joe’s which was great. Joe was very kind and our Buddy really enjoyed their large yard with shady areas. Plenty of green grass and room to run around. We saw only one small spot where a smaller dog might escape but overall, great experience and friendly host! We will return for sure.Lisa-Todd K.

55Well kept, clean and spacious. Lots of room for play! My Dane is reactive to other dogs and the neighbors dog was out for a short time in the neighboring fenced yard (if you have a reactive dog keep in mind). Joe told me ahead of time when I asked him before visiting. The neighbors dog was nice and played with my other dog for a minute or 2 running down the fence line. Turned out to be a pleasant experience all around. Poopy bags, garbage, water for the pups and chairs provided. Even a frisbee! 🥳 Highly recommend.Crystal S.

55I have a two-year-old dog I recently adopted that has aggressive tendencies.
And needs very slow introduction. As we all know, most dog parks don’t really afford one that luxury. So working on his social skills can be a little difficult. Joe’s private park was everything we needed and more.
As described, it is very spacious, quiet (I think we made the most noise 🤭), fully fenced, there’s a few trees that offer shade, a few chairs, there were even some complementary items. Looking forward to coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

FAQ about our Brandon fully fenced dog parks
Are fully fenced dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. Human and animal safety is our #1 focus. Without a private option, many dog owners are relegated to using athletic fields or tennis courts for their dogs, which are not private or safe. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. And with fully fenced Sniffspot parks, you can get the safety of a fenced-in space for dogs, while still having plenty of space to run.
