This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

Awesome spot! Melissa was very communicative and accommodating of my reactive dog and kept her dogs inside, which kept mine very relaxed the whole time! Fencing is secure, and the area was exactly as described. Lots of places to sniff, and I even got in a bit of a workout hiking up the forest area! Can’t wait to see what the forest area looks like when the construction is complete! There is still plenty of space to explore though :) We also had a blast with the agility equipment! We will definitely be back!

This place is dog heaven!!! There is so much space for them to run and play. My reactive dog did amazing here and was safe and carefree! Melissa’s place was easy to find and clean and super accommodating! She has water, toys and a garbage for poop bags. I cannot say enough good things about this spot! I will be back for sure!!

What a amazing space for dogs who struggle around other dogs or people! We also have a dog who doesn’t get much off leash time due to some dog reactivity and VERY intense prey drive. It was wonderful watching her run free and explore the space! Everything was ready for us and instructions regarding the property were very clear and helpful!

I cannot recommend this sniff spot enough! It was easy to find, secure, and quiet! Perfect for dogs and/or people who are introverted. My dog had a blast and we will definitely be back! My dog was relaxed and able to do all the things she loves without having to worry about different triggers. She was able to walk around the forested area of the property, sniff to her heart’s content, and explore new things in the agility area!

This was my first time using Sniff Spot, and this place exceeded my expectations! Our two dogs couldn’t get enough of all the smells nature had to offer. Loved that it was fully fenced and I could relax with my dog. And the agility field was a super fun bonus! Melissa was extremely detailed with location instructions and everything she listed was supplied (poop storage, dog toys, water, etc). My dog is a bit reactive and it blows my mind how people like Melissa offer their beautiful lands for other dogs to enjoy all to themselves! I’m very grateful.

Secluded and secure - exactly as described. I have 2 large dogs, and they started in the very well equipped agility field, and then we spent some time in the forested area (which is very steep in parts, but shady, and very securely fenced). My dogs were more interested in sniffing and wandering around than running and chasing - but it was hot - even 'though pleasantly cool compared to summer temperatures in Denver. I smiled a lot to see my 2 wandering about off leash. We practiced a bit of recall. (hmmm, we need to do some practice on that - we shall be back)!

The space was well thought out and had everything we needed. Our coordinated dog had fun trying out the agility section. The forested section is pretty steep in certain places, but it worked for what we needed, which was to work on recall with our roaming Pyrenees. Fencing was very secure. The dogs had fun!

Great place! A bit muddy since we went after it had rained so be sure to check the weather. The amenities were great and so was the introverts package. The fencing was enough to keep in my 7lb chihuahua. There were some fire cracker Dash like noises that scared my more fearful dog, but that may have just been bad timing. Overall great experience!

This was such a perfect spot for our girl! She loves the agility courses but after being attacked by a dog a few months back, she’s become incredibly reactive toward other dogs and we’ve struggled to find places that have agility courses that are willing to take her. While we work on regaining her confidence, this is perfect for her! It was so serene, had plenty of toys, was well kept and was just absolutely everything we wanted. Will be back again soon!!!

This is an excellent Sniffspot! We made the drive from Denver and it was definitely worth it. The agility course is well maintained and the forested area provided lots to sniff for my dog. It’s a very quiet area, my dog becomes skittish in noisy places and he very confidently played the whole time we were there. Melissa is easy to communicate with and gave me windows of time that other people would be using the Sniffspot around our rented time, to make sure my dog didn’t run into any other dogs or strangers while we were there. We will be back!

What an incredible resource! We live over in Ned and normally walk our dogs on the trails but my partner is away this week and this place was a saving grace. Beautiful property with all the amenities. My high-energy dogs were so excited to run offleash and were exhausted after 40 minutes. I was a bit nervous since they don't have great recall but you can see most of the entire property while sitting in the middle so I could keep an eye on them. We will definitely be back!

We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot fully fenced dog park at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
