So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. We live in a quaint neighborhood and have a beautiful pool for dogs and their humans to swim together. We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! You are welcome to swim with your pup and partake in the snacks and drinks provided. We have a separate restroom in the pool house for our guests. **Please Note: During the winter months we will not be able to heat the pool. We will heat the hot tub for an extra fee. This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt/ long crass vegetation. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.

We’re on a 1/3 of an acre in a quiet part of North Claremont. Lots of open grassy space but also lots of trees and shrubs and bushes to explore. Fully fenced and with seating for the “parents”. Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Free and abundant street parking on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house.

Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).
