We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.

There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. 10 min from almost anywhere in Sanford. Bring your best friend for some off leash play time. We have access to a creek and plenty of woods to roam. Large yard for throwing their favorite toys which is partially fenced. Inside the fenced yard is a beautiful covered porch with access to wifi, 32in TV, and two comfortable swivel chairs. We currently have one older female lab mix that we can keep inside. She would love a play date, if you're into that as well. Always available for overnight or daycare visits as well. Let our oasis cater to your bestie!

Our property covers the creek by the road and extends into woods that are not used by anyone. Our friendly cat may join you on your walk, or you could get quacked at by my ducks! I can secure the cat and ducks if needed, but my chickens are very independent and tend to stay close to the house. I am home most of the time, and usually outside to give walking tips or point out landmarks; also for any problems! My yard is not part of the site! I would prefer if you would keep your dogs secure around my home and pet poultry, until you get down to the creek/woods.

Rural area with off-street parking. Pond, mulch area, and walking path. Great spot for fur babies. My Sugar and Jax love this spot and have thrived. My babies will be in the house while others play. Come bring your fur babies and have fun.

It's off the main highway it's grass areas abd wooded with trails to walk your dog or just let him/ her run and enjoy. Don't have to worry about any traffic,it's a creek that runs threw property,we clean up any poop the dog does and it's a very safe place
