Surrounded by Duke Forest and Triangle Land Conservancy forest on either side. Immediately adjacent to Brumley Forest south lot which contains over 600+ acres with trails for additional activities. Outside faucet with clean, potable water available along with several kiddie pools, benches, and playground equipment for the two-legged kids. We have a fully fenced in yard. There is one gap, but we have covered it with cinder blocks. It is a 6 ft privacy fence, so you shouldn’t see the neighbors. One set of next door neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out. Please keep dogs on leash when outside of the yard. Thank you! Out in the yard there will be balls for your pup to play with, a water bowl, and a hose. We can also set up a tent we use for vendor events when it’s sunny or raining for shade/coverage. Just let us know in advance. There is also shade from a large tree in the yard. If you need a dog first aid kit, we will have one in the house along with things like water for humans, snacks for pups and humans, and a restroom for humans to use. If you need a towel for your pup, let us know, and we’ll be glad to give you a dog towel to use. We will bring things out to you. These are only available if we are home. Street parking is available at all times. You may park in the driveway, but please ask first in case one of us is going to have to leave (or coming back) while you are there.

I have a 9 foot privacy fence surrounding most of the yard, which can be latched but is never locked. I have grassy, gravelly, and mulchy areas for the pups and a seating area for the humans. Quiet private Oasis for guests, private 100% fenced yard, sloped grass yard with 3 patio area. A lot to sniff, a lot of stairs to work out those legs. Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting. Let your dog run around my fully fenced yard while you kick up your feet on my covered porch. Bring the kids to play on the playset. Just relax for a bit. Our little slice of heaven is certified a National Wildlife Refuge. We have a large variety of birds and pollinators. We have a walking/bike riding trail, dog sensory gardens, an orchard to pick fruit from when in season, splash pools, agility equipment, horses next door to get to know, meadows to play in and sometimes there are foster puppies to meet. We have lots of spaces for humans to enjoy too; ie firepit ara with lots of seating, a couple picnic tables and various other seating for conversation and gathering.

3.3 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

We also have plenty of wildlife—depending on how rambunctious your dog might be, you may see otters, soft shelled turtles, tortoises, wood ducks, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels. We also have a plentiful supply of water birds—herons, egrets, and more. Parking is on the left side of the road next to the fence. Please bring your own scoop and poop bags, water,and chairs. PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically requesting that you do NOT come to our farm to “check us out” WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Please respect that is also our home, and we are closed to anyone who doesn’t have an appointment. For our security and the safety of our guests and their dogs, we have surveillance cameras in use at all our entrances.
