We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.

Run, Jump, Splash or Relax Allow your pup(s) to stretch their legs with our large fenced in yard. We have an extra picket aluminum fence on, safe for the little companions to enjoy too. We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous water and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, this is our home. *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. The picturesque Wiseacre Estate has been an Airbnb for 10+ years, and now is also a private, peaceful retreat for your beloved doggies! * Hose and water bowl on-premises. Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. All amenities are available if guests inquire about prior to arrival. I will leave them at the access point, and kindly ask to be placed back after visits. Large field with plenty of space to run around to get your pups energy out. We allow farmers to farm this field during the seasons, so during certain times, this location may be closed to avoid crops being destroyed, or pets to be exposed to any potential pesticides ( please note that our farmers do not use typical pesticides due to our horses being in close proximity) We have a wooded area that is able to be accessed if acquired about prior to visits, and if able to accommodate at the time as the woods are closer to our horse pastures, and home, so it will have to be prearranged. The woods have a trail that is quite extensive, but please keep in mind during warmer months that it is likely you can encounter snakes in that area. We also have swamp areas in the woods, which is nice to watch the birds and turtles in their natural habitats. The field is flat landscape, and is perfect to throw frisbees, tennis balls, etc with your dog. If pet or guest needs any additional assistance please contact me, and i will do my best to assist you further. As always, enjoy your visit. Please brush high-shedding dogs before your visit. • Safety First: Swim at your own risk. Dog life vests are not provided, so bring your own if needed. Additional people can be added for $30 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. No one under 18 is permitted. We look forward to providing you and your furry friends with a delightful and safe poolside experience!

Fully fenced backyard at our house that is located in Coinjock. We are 4 miles from Morris Farms and 30 miles from Kitty Hawk. Contact us the day before to book. Thanks! We have two dogs, but they will not be in the yard during reservations. Our yard is surrounded by a 6-foot-tall wooden fence. There’s a wood deck with seating and a fire pit for your enjoyment. Bottled water is available at no charge for humans and pups, in the mini fridge. Your welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks. Dog bowls, kiddy pool, and hose are in the yard for the pups.

Wide open running area for our special friends while you enjoy lounging under a shaded sitting area watching golfers nearby on the golf course. We provide a basket of toys for humans and pups for unlimited fun.

Two acres with surrounding trees and open space for your Dog and family members can play and run with their pets. No houses near the dog park, and have private parking with beautiful trees and open field.

I have a huge backyard plenty of room to run and play water for them to wet their whistle and few toys that they can chase after and play with come enjoy the fun of my yard
