All persons using THE PAW PATCH™ must carry a leash. 7. All dogs must be under the effective control of their owner(s)/handler(s) at all times. 8. All dog feces must be removed immediately and placed in the provided trash receptacles. 9. Dogs must not be allowed to dig holes and damage the grass. 10. Use of THE PAW PATCH™ is recommended for dogs' six months or older. 11. Dogs in heat are not allowed at THE PAW PATCH™ . 12. The designated area for small dogs is designed for dogs less than 30 pounds only. Small dog use in the larger area is at the discretion of the owner(s)/handler(s). Paso Nogal Dog Park

Dogs must be at least 6 months old, up to date with current vaccinations and free of contagious conditions. Dogs must display current registration tags on their collar. Owner/handlers are required to clean up after their dogs. Doggie bags are provided through membership donations (PH DOG). All owners/handlers using the area must carry a leash for each of their dogs. Hours of Operation shall be 7 Days a Week, From Dawn to Desk, With The Exception of Mondays From 8 AM to Noon, And at Times of The City Managers Discretion, Including Periods of Extreme And Inclement Weather Conditions, or is Otherwise Posted. 2. Each Owner or Handler is Limited to no More Than 3 Dogs. 4. Dogs Must be at least Six Months Old, Up‐to‐date on All Vaccinations And Free of Contagious Conditions, With Current Licensing And or Registration Tags Displayed on Their collar. Dogs in Heat are Not Allowed. 5. Owners and Handlers Are Legally Responsible For The Behavior of their Dogs at All Times. Aggressive Dogs Must be Immediately Removed. 6. Owners And Handlers Must be Within The Dog Park And Supervising Their Dogs With Leash Readily Available. Dogs Must be leashed While Entering And Exiting The Park. 7. Dog owners And Handlers Must Immediately Clean up After Their dogs And Dispose of Waste in The provided trash Receptacles. 8. Dog owners And Handlers Must be at Least 16 Years of Age. 9. Children Under 13 Must be Accompanied by an Adult And Supervised at All Times. 10. No Alcohol is Allowed in Designated Dog Park Facilities, Except as Authorized by valid event Permit Issued by The City. 11. Any Violation of section shall be an infraction as set forth in section 1.12.030(a)(2) of the Martinez municipal code. In addition to the penalties set forth in section 1.12.030, for a third of subsequence offense within any 12 month period, The offender’s right to use the designated dog park facility shall be suspended for a period of six consecutive months. 12. For Maintenance Issues, Please Call Martinez Public Works Department at (925) 372‐3580, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. 13. For Emergencies, Please Call The Martinez Police Department Dispatch at (925) 372‐3440, or Contra Costa County animal services at (925) 335‐8300.

Canine Corral at Hap Magee Ranch Park

The off-leash dog area is for dogs, their handlers and those accompanying them. No other use is allowed. Children under 8 years old are not allowed in the off-leash area. Children between the ages of 9 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All dogs must have a current license and vaccinations. No dogs under 4 months of age are allowed in the park. Female dogs in season are not allowed in the park. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting the off-leash dog area. Dogs must be under control and in view of their handler at all times. Handlers must have possession of the dog leash at all times. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. The handler of any dog exhibiting aggressive or unruly behavior is required to immediately remove the offending animal. Handlers must clean up after their dogs. Maximum of three dogs per handler. Handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by the dog(s) under their control. Users of the facility do so at their own risk. Neither Contra Costa County nor the Town of Danville shall be liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog in the off-leash area. The Town of Danville reserves the right to close the facility for maintenance and repair.
