Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos. (You can cancel the required Sniffpass Subscription immediately after your first visit too)

We welcome pups & their humans to our fully fenced & private pup oasis where both shade & sunshine are plentiful! Lots of room to run & play, throw balls or catch a frisbee! Let your pup stretch out while you relax and unwind under the shade of several umbrellas or on a cozy couch under the patio cover. Amenities include a covered patio, sink to wash up, elevated dog bed, water for pups & humans, tables & chairs, waste station, and a serene yard relax or play until your heart’s content! There is a pup box with toys, treats, towels & basic dog first aide. Humans have hand sanitizer, insect repellent, sunscreen, water & towels. Why not bring a picnic basket and enjoy a meal while the pups run around. At night, we have adorable lights to illuminate the yard for evening playtime as well! Please send us a message if you would like to reserve an evening spot & we’ll let you know what is available. Extend your experience with add ons of use of fireplace, puppy splash pool, or puppy ball pit! ***Please note, some have taken advantage so we must specify that extra humans are an extra charge. The first 2 humans are allowed with 1 dog. Additional dogs & humans are an extra charge. Also note, due to safety concerns, this is an ADULTS ONLY play place. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking are ever allowed. We also have some agility exercises for your pup to train on. However, we do not provide a digging area at this venue. My newly renovated backyard of Decomposed Granite, Saint Augustine grass & mulch. The DG is great for dogs to run. We have 2 big trees which with or without leaves, provide shade. We have a hammock and 2 benches so you can enjoy them from anywhere on the property. We also have patio chairs placed at various locations in the yard. There are no plants in the yard. You are also welcome to explore the front yard as well and help yourself to a few oranges. My dogs love playing fetch in the 60 feet of area they can run .
