Please message me 15 minutes before arriving.. *PLEASE PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET* there will be doggy bags provided near the gate and a garbage that is designated for only doggies bags. There will be dog toys left in a bin. Please feel free to use it. Just please put back when I’m done!

Grass cut very often, dogs have free rain of the back yard, there is nothing that will harm them, birds and squirrels love to visit the back yard. I will have all dog supplies and toys in the shed. You are welcome to take and use what you want. Just please return to its location once finished.

Our yard will allow your buddy to run along the longest span of around 85 feet, while giving you a nice bricked patio space with a table, chairs, a large shade umbrella and access to our wifi. Speed limit is 30 miles property is fenced in and fully accessible. Ample parking area is fully grass with no pesticides or poisonous apple wildlife to view osprey groundhogs, deer, rabbits and an occasional fox easy access directly off 105.

Beautiful area to bring your dog/dogs to either train and just simply spend some quality time. Plenty of running space for both to enjoy. Parking available and very private.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!
