Fully fenced in yard with pond that is gated off(no pets allowed in pond area) Small and big dogs allowed please let me know time of day you will use so I can assure the dogs at the premises is put away inside safely before you enter. Please message me 15 minutes before arriving.. *PLEASE PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET* there will be doggy bags provided near the gate and a garbage that is designated for only doggies bags. There will be dog toys left in a bin. Please feel free to use it. Just please put back when I’m done!

Grass cut very often, dogs have free rain of the back yard, there is nothing that will harm them, birds and squirrels love to visit the back yard. I will have all dog supplies and toys in the shed. You are welcome to take and use what you want. Just please return to its location once finished.

Our yard will allow your buddy to run along the longest span of around 85 feet, while giving you a nice bricked patio space with a table, chairs, a large shade umbrella and access to our wifi. Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.

Large fully fenced in yard with some Adirondack chairs you can sit in. We also have a table and chairs with an umbrella for shade. Lots of room to run and play ball with your dog. The backyard gets almost full sun midday and full shade in the morning and late afternoon. If it’s a hot day we recommend booking early or later in the day. We put out a fan on the table for hot days, and an ice water pitcher for the humans. We also can give ice water in the dog bowl for hot sunny days. A kiddie pool is also available if the weather is warm enough and your pup enjoys water. Bring your own towel! The two balls that are placed out are washed with soap after each doggo visit.

Come let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Offering our yard for doggies to play in! We do not have any dogs. We have some dog toys, and will add over time if needed. We have some agility equipment (tunnel, and hoola hoops). We have kids and plenty of kids toys for them to play around and on also. There is an umbrella and chairs for the guests to sit on if they’d like. No other dogs or people/ kids will be around other than us stopping by to say hi and check in :).
