However this couldn’t have been any more perfect for this occasion. It’s private and far from the road, big enough for the dogs to run and have fun without getting too wild. 55Two dogs had a great time and are now out in front of the fireplace. A good sized are and very clean. Only issue was the size of the gap at bottom of the two doors of the gate was large enough for the miniature poodle to squeeze through but once he started having fun he didn’t want to leave so it wasn’t an issue.Jim J.

There is a fully fenced area in the back for dogs with poor recall or a likelihood of bolting. There are also trails in the woods for on or off leash hiking. I let my crazy dogs run off some stress in the fenced area and then we walked around in the woods and on the open parts of the grassy area, leashed or unleashed, as appropriate for each dog. Things to be careful of: 1. there is a small highway near the parking area, so bolters beware, 2. In the wooded areas there is limited fencing. Finally, there is a large fenced area that is off limits, and for good reason, this is a canine sporting venue and I’m sure they don’t want the competitive fields getting torn up by dogs playing.
