My big backyard is fully fenced and has lots of space for your pup to run! Two rocking chairs under a shaded patio for your comfort. Squirrels are frequently spotted running along the fence for additional entertainment. I understand you may be looking for a safe space for your pup away from other dogs. Close in town, but yet country setting on dead end road, 15 acres total, dog park is at front entrance on left. We started a smaller one several years ago, but then decided to wait and build a 6ft fence dog park in front and just finished it Sept 21, 2024! Still adding amenities! Will be open 24 hours after lighting is installed, hopefully soon! I only have 1 neighbor w 2 dogs about 1 acre away which they are not out for long, tjere is also a small cabinet shop up front which can be loud sometimes or you may see a person or two. There is a train track but no horn, 2 acre park is at front of my 15 acres. I am here 98 percent of the time, I have a horse, 2 donkeys, 3 cats and 2 dogs. My dogs are kept in the house while park is in use, and you may hear them barking, doing their job. Cats are free roaming but usually stay behind house in barn area or on my back porch. We welcome suggestions as well, as everyone may want different things. Occasionally you will see Deer, Owls, Hawks, Buzzards and my horses and donkeys can sometimes be seen but are several acres away. We have several dumpsters that get rented out and you may see them go up and down the driveway when rented. There are some potholes because of this so be careful when coming in. There may also be fire ant hills when it rains along with a large puddle in one corner if it rains alot. I think that covers it!

Please ask to bring extra people . You’re welcome to use the pool while with your dog. Thank you 🙏

Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.
