Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. There is street sweeping every 2nd and 4th Wednesday between 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Follow the trail and enter through the white gate on the right side of the house. Enjoy the immaculate, beautiful landscape in the backyard as your pups, big or small, play on the grass, completely fenced and safe, with lots of spots to sniff and explore. Relax under a shaded wood patio cover with a built-in fan and listen to the calming sounds of the water fountains. There is a poop bag dispenser mounted against the wall in case you run out or forget to bring your own. Also, we have hand sanitizer available. We have trash cans right around the corner for you to dispose of any waste. We have an outdoor water bowl in case your pups get thirsty and a garden hose to replenish the bowl. Feel free to use the outdoor table, umbrella canopy, and lounge chair for your leisure. We provide WIFI! Please let us know in advance if you need to use it. Return outdoor furniture to its original place with the covers on. Towards the evening, you can sit around and enjoy the built-in fire pit. There is an electrical outlet on the side of the fire pit. This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt/ long crass vegetation. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.

We live in a quaint neighborhood and have a beautiful pool for dogs and their humans to swim together. We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Roll up the hose / empty the pool / etc. Gucci works hard to keep her yard in top shape for all her friends!
