Sabrina was very friendly and showed us all the routes possible to take before hand. She even left our dogs a basket full of toys incase we needed it. The land is massive and beautiful to explore. We will be making this place a regular visit! You won't be disappointed.

Me and my 4yo german shepherd had the best time exploring Philippa’s land! The reservation process and instructions were so easy and clear. Philippa was very nice and available to help direct us while we were exploring her property. We will definitely be back for some more fun adventures. We highly recommend!

We had a blast visiting Philippas property. It's massive, but what's more impressive is It's marked very well. I never felt like I was lost. You are in the woods, so you absolutely need bug spray, pants, and boots. We plan to revisit and discover the rest of the land. Philippa is also very nice and helpful in explaining the paths.

Absolutely stunning piece of land. We were greeted and given the lay of the land which was greatly appreciated. Our fearful dog had the time of his life and so did we ❤️ a great hike with so much for our boy to explore! we’ll definitely be back 🥰

What a beautiful time at Patricia's spot! We had a blast. The dogs ran around on such a huge and beautiful land shared with us. Hugo loved the access to water. The trails are well marked and we didn't get lost at all, and the map was helpful. Awesome exercise for both humans and dogs! The trails are well maintained so walking on leash or on a long line would be great also for a dog whose recall is not the best.

Was a great spot for my little shorkie. He enjoyed running up the hill and jumping over any puddles in the field. There were a few gaps near the gate that he could have went under if he wanted to which is a bit scary considering it’s on a busy main road. Other than that it was a fun time for him!

We had a fantastic time at this sniffspot! Our dog ran freely and we had the peace of mind of a well-fenced, private property with no hazards. Fun features included a bog, hills for running, bleachers to sit on and and plenty of terrain for our pup to smell. We actually booked in for the next day while we were still at the Spot. Love it, thank you to Clayton for being a gracious host and making sure we knew how to find the property!

It’s our first Sniffspot ever and we had a positive experience. Clayton is an excellent communicator and we found the spot easily. It’s a clean, well fenced spot with a hill in the middle to help with shade and hide and seek. A great spot to work on training with minimal distractions and safe when it comes to not having other dogs ruin your day. The spring water was a bonus for our lab. We will be hearing happy snoring sounds tonight.

Our second visit was just as fun. Great fencing and at this time of year the water is fun. The only comment I have is not related to this SniffSpot but the prices are in US dollar but it’s not clearly indicated on the site in general.

Nice fenced in field - lots of long grass, a hill with trees, and a small pond. Fence is in good shape, a few patches along the road are cattle fencing (ie large enough grid size that a small, determined dog could maybe squeeze through). Bike path runs along the north side of the field, blocked by a row of trees.
