Large empty lot fenced just for the pups! Half wooded, half meadow with a 4’ tall wire fence. The spot is surrounded on 3 sides by empty space, but the fourth side is a busy road. Dogs, people, and bikes occasionally pass. This spot is great for most dogs, but if you have a fence jumper or charger, this may not be the one for you!

Beautiful spot with over 5 acres, well off the main road and plenty of room to run, roll, dig and have a blast! Outdoor water hose for drinking or for rinsing off.

The yard at Cooperative Dogs is a beautiful, half-acre, fenced in area among the trees. It can be a great place for your pup to run and play and sniff in a safe, private atmosphere. Be aware that it is a new and developing yard, so as of now the ground is predominantly wood chips and there are stumps, trees, and other obstacles. Please be advised that Cooperative Dogs is not liable for injury to you or your dog. The fence is 5’ high welded wire construction with a chicken wire skirt, which is secure for most dogs but we cannot guarantee that your dog will not figure out a way to escape. There are currently no bathroom facilities. *WINTER VISITS* Be aware that we do not plow the driveway in, so access may be limited depending on weather and the kind of automobile you arrive in.

Fit DOG Club is an Indoor option play/enrichment area for anyone looking to get out of the weather or looking for enrichment options for their dog. Unlike our outside Sniffspot, Sadies Place, this area was designed for no more than 2 dogs at a time. The space is limited, so we have provided Fit Gym equipment to use responsibly with your dog. Because my dog training business, TRU dog is a certified AKC Fit DOG Club and I am a AKC Fit DOG Instructor, anyone looking to earn points towards their AKC Fit DOG Titles, can do that here! You will find more information at this training building, or you can go on the AKC site. TRU dog offers Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 AKC Fit Dog classes throughout the year. Anyone who registers for these classes will have free access to the Fit DOG Club to practice their skills and beyond. More information on the classes will be on our Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/solutionsforyourdog All Sadies Place-Sniffspot participants who enroll in our Membership, will also have access to Fit DOG Club at no extra cost. We have an outside fenced area off the indoor training area that you can utilize for outside play and potty breaks. I have about a half acre of land in my front yard unfenced which you are welcome to use in addition to a little over half acre fenced in back yard. I have a horseshoe driveway to make it easy to pull in and drive right out without backing up. My backyard has a kiddy pool which can be filled upon request. Please request for the pool to be filled at least 24 hours before your visit. I have a hammock to relax on while your dogs enjoy themselves. I also have a seating area with a camping chair, dog bed, and table under the big tree for shade. I will have a trash can and poop scoop available for use right by the gate. A fresh bowl of water will be provided for your pup as well. I have three dogs myself, however, they will not be outside when you book your visit. I just like to give a heads up as you may hear barking from inside. The back deck will be gated off as my large swimming pool is not available for use. Your dogs are more than welcome to go under the deck, my dogs certainly love it under there! I will have the gate to the fence open when you arrive. The bottom can stick to the grass a little so you may need to lift up to open and close the door easily.
