(In winter can have fun leaves to frolic through) This is a rustic spot if you are looking for a space for your dog to run and play. This is not a fancy place laden with amenities like a luxury day spa for pets lol. I adore animals of all kinds and wish to embrace a place for them to be free and untethered and their humans too ;) This spot is named after Teddy, our cockapoo that passed at 16 years old, after many years enjoying this grassy yard.

Rural in home canine sanctuary available and welcome for other canines to use. Side garden area or back private yard available. Creek boat ramp directly behind property requires separate entrance to access but open to the public. Maintained cut areas mixed with native wild flowers, private fruit trees and garden. Never any pesticides or fertilizers used so being to woods bugs are possible to be found depending on the season, preventives highly suggested.

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. 1.5 acres in a quiet community off of Old St Augustine Rd in Mandarin. Partially wooded perimeter, lots of space for your fur baby to stretch his or her legs. If our garage door is open, feel free to sit inside the shade. We already have a fan in the garage if you'd like to use it. You are welcome to knock it you need anything during your visit. I would be happy to discuss a weekly or monthly rate if you find you enjoy the peace and quiet.

This is an indoor only canine activity center. It's a 2000 sq ft wide open square that gives you lots of space to run and play. The center can provide toys, balls, ball pit, agility equipment and more. Your dog stays clean, bug free and away from extreme heat, cold and rain. PLEASE message FIRST as I run this entity by myself. I have to be available to unlock and re-lock the door for you. Sniffspot calendar and my calendar do not have a syncing feature. It is $40 per dog, per hour

The backyard is fully accessible for guests. Inside home is off limits. However doggies are allowed in pool. Please beware there is no life guard on duty. Please watch your animals. Gate closes on both sides for privacy. If your dogs love the trampoline like mine they can use it but please be mindful the trampoline net is unattached on one side. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just attach the nozzle head to the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence. There are recycling and garbage bins for any other items that need to be disposed of. Thank you and I hope you enjoy your time here with your pups!

Hello! This is Pup Pup. I am a dog angel just doing what angels do best - helping my human! I invite you to check out this incredible play space - keep reading! Your human may be stressed and hard to manage right now, but it's okay. Just bring them here and he or she will relax, I promise! They're going to act like it's allll you...that you haven't been out enough or have enough room. That's okay. Let them believe that. Whatever it takes to get you here! There is a very comfortable place for them to sit with a beautiful, peaceful waterfront view with lots of birds and squirrels. Unless of course you're just bonkers. For you there is lots of grass, sun and shade, SOOOO much to see and sniff, and plenty of room to run. Don't worry if nature calls and you have to make a little poo. Just make sure your human sees it and scoops it up please. The bags are in a little blue bone hanging on the tree in front of the stump with the American flag. There is a water bowl next to the hose in case you get thirsty. Let the water run for a couple of minutes though, it is super hot at first! Also, please get your human to rinse the bowl out when your done because 'nother dog slobber is just gross. Which by the way is the reason this is a B.Y.O.T. spot - Bring Your Own Toy dawwg - ain't no one wantin' to share slobber 'round here. As I mentioned before, there is plenty of shade and your humans can move the chairs around if they want. Just please have them put them back when they're done. There's almost always a little breeze so they may not even need to. If the cushions are not on them they will be in a container nearby. There is also a milk crate to the right of the stump with the American flag. That, my friend, is one of the best kept secrets around! Your human can move it around the yard to sit on so very easily and it puts them at the PERFECT height for games and kisses!! You're welcome! Let's talk about critters for a minute. The wild kind that are a wonderful part of our world. There are an incredible assortment of birds and lizards which should be of no concern, but there is always a possibility of snakes which might make your human a little uneasy and make you lose your marbles. Just be careful. My human spends a LOT of time in the yard had has only ever seen one harmless little black racer. Finally, I was a little feller so the fence would have been more than adequate for me, but for you bigger feisty dogs we might need to chat about this. It is about 4 ft tall most places but there are a couple of spots where dirt and stuff has accumulated over the years and it may be a little shorter. Annnnd...there are chickens. Yup. The neighbor has chickens and they are frequently struttin' their delicious feathery little selves around. Depending on your size and temperament this may not be an issue but Is definitely worth mentioning. Also, the creek front side of the yard is not fenced. There are natural barriers but you serious water loving dogs or escape artists could get out there with enough determination. Don't panic if you get yourself out there - it is never more than about 2-3 ft deep. The mud is relatively firm in the grassy area closest to the yard. It does get super squishy beyond that though. I think once you step paw out there you'll change your mind but again, I thought it was worth mentioning. Also, it is a tidal creek. If your visit is at low tide there won't be a whole lot of water in the creek. Well, that oughta do it. I hope you get a chance to visit and enjoy this amazing little piece of heaven on Earth!
